This is the exact color I'm looking at, and to the sharp interior is awesome!! I hope they stick everything shown here. My opinion, in terms of style both inside and out, hands down the sharpest and most interesting EV yet! Hoping they add the battery warming option for winter time to preserve range. My next car will be an EV. When, likely sooner than later, because my primary vehicle turns eleven next month. So far the Equinox is leading the field, Handsomely designed, four wheel drive, highly function interior space, 300 miles range, according to Chevy, based on the package, and a price in the mid-thirties, as opposed to mid fifties for comparable Tesla, VW and Hondai. Great job taking me through the exterior and interior functionality and esthetics that are included. Much appreciated.

If they build it to the quality of a VOLT, it's definitely a winner. I had a 2011 (was T-Boned and totaled). Have a 2019 and it's an incredible car. Never mind the comments about interior was too hard/ plastic etc. I have leather interior. I've had Mercedes, BMW, Porsche (still my favorite car) and Corvettes. Luxury interior is nice, but passing gas stations, trouble free and almost NO maintenance. Equinox looks great and an SUV! It's a winner!

Great info video for the Equinox. I just bought a Bolt in January and absolutely Love it! But they just announced they are discontinuing the Bolt 😬☹️but I had already been thinking ahead to the Equinox because it’s more the size of our CRV. One thing is for sure, the all Electric Vehicle is much better than any ICE I’ve ever driven and the only advantage of the hybrid is the range. The way you show us the features of the Equinox it looks like it’s going to be another modern perfect car. Apparently the Ultium battery platform is the reason GM is dropping the Bolt so I just hope they are making the right business move because I think they are making great EV Cars.

We were the owners of two cars; a 2010 Honda Accord and a 2018 Honda Fit, and we decided to sell the Accord while the price of good used cars was very high. We banked the sale of the Accord, and that money will go towards a new EV in 2023. We've been looking at getting a new EV, and when the new $7,500 rebate was revealed, that sealed the deal for us. This is a very nice-looking EV, and we have already set our high watermark at $30,000 for a new car. If they can deliver this car in that price range, we will definitely give it a serious look. However, we are also interested to see what offerings Honda is yet to reveal. Based on our research, there is supposed to be a joint venture between Honda and GM, and having been Honda owners for many years, we are anxious to see what they have in store. If you have any information on new Honda/GM EV's for 2023 please let us know.

Considering the fact that the car is not in production, there is not much you can say about it. Most likely, the $30K model will be some rare base model that you cannot find (or will have some limiting factor that will make it undesirable). Also, the stealers will most likely have a huge markup. So, in the end, there most likely will be no $30K EV from GM.

And super cruise is also $25 per month for active cruise control and keeping in the lane. That’s $50 a month which is quit pricy over 10 years $4-6k additional over the year. Currently have a 2015 Equinox LT AWD. Been looking at this Equinox EV with AWD. If the price point is right, it's a definite must buy for me. I will be purchasing the highest trim available. There's just something about the Equinox that I really enjoy.

I've admired the look of this Equinox from the first time I saw it. It's gorgeous. I want one, but bc it's not available as of Dec 22, and we need another ride, we went for the VW ID4 instead. When this comes out, and if it's priced mid 30s for a well equipped version, GM will eat Tesla for lunch. More importantly, this car, and the Silverado EV if executed properly ( i.e. no battery fires, tight assembly, comfortable seats etc) will allow GM to recoup some share they have lost to Toyota, Honda and Mazda over the past 30 years. For reasons that I don't fully understand, the Japanese OEMs have missed the EV train completely. This is a huge opportunity for GM to be on the front foot for once, build confidence in their brands, deliver actual value for money to car buyers ( you know the ppl who pay all the bills) and generate some real scale in EVs. Apart from the current Bolt EV and EUV, and the Leaf, there is no competent EV product in the market as of today, well equipped in the mid 30s. GM has shown they know how to do this stuff, they just need to execute.

I am looking at the white top and seats and I do not like it. Just so easy to get dirty and stay dirty and stain especially on the interior, I came out of mechanical field and I see nothing but issues with the white. The other thing is the show vehicle is top of the range I really like to see the company show what they intend for the middle and lower price points. The final issue I have is the dealers need to go to the sticker price and no additional dealer markups that immediately turns me off and I will always walk out of a dealer that has them and wait for the lease returns in a few years

Well you have to give Chevy some credit here. The styling of the Equinox EV, Blazer RS, and Silverado RST EV are all a styling success. These EV vehicles will age well among the styling snafu of the competition. Range of over 400 miles on the pick-up is done right.
