    Sam. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video. You have taken multiple books, lessons, college degrees and years of research and put them into less than a 1-hr video. You should write a book based on this video. I would 100% buy it. To be able to break down the concepts you explained into chapter long lessons would be priceless information. And with this video you single handedly destroyed 99% of the “internet gurus” who only sell processes and tools. They KNOW the stack is not working and they prey on that. They know their market. They aim for people whose lower level stacks are flawed. And they upsell them ideas and more tools but never ever take the time to do what you just did for free. I will share this far and wide. Thank you. Subbed, liked.

    Sam, this is the BEST video out here in TH-cam about how billionaires think, in Novermber 2021 I decided to leave my corporate job because I already had various skills because of my path carreer (I've always had a different job, and learned different skills) but I always lacked sales, so I started on Life Insurance sales. I failed and got fired in 4 months because I couldn't hit a profitable market but I stuck in the sale department, thank god I had one of the best sales course with the Life Insurance company, I moved to real estate in my local town and it's been 4 months now too. No one taught how to get clients and be known by everyone, but I forced myself into learning and now thanks to a bunch of skills I've learned and as you say, I can interconnect those as a whole...I'm finally about to hit my first million dollars this year.
    You're very intelligent and I loved your eloquence, this is pure gold, I can't thank you enough.

    Notes from the video:
    FULL STACK:
    FOUNDATIONAL LAYERS...
    1. **MENTAL AWARENESS:**
    - SELF-AWARENESS: Aware of yourself and the pattern of your thoughts. Third person view of yourself.
    - IDENTITY: Your self-image. Your images of yourself can be limiting or empowering. (Thinking you're not good at math)
    - BELIEF SYSTEMS: Your beliefs can be limiting or empowering. (Making money is bad)
    2. **MENTAL COGNITION:**
    - 1PROBLEM SOLVING (methodologies, mental models, perspectives, frameworks)
    - THINK CRITICALLY
    - 1PRIORITIZE (many delay on mit and prioritize useless things)
    - SCHEDULING (upsides, downsides, effect horizon, priority, discarding if not important)
    - PLANNING
    - BREAKING INTO CHUNKS
    - DELEGATING
    - CONTINGENCIES
    - PATTERN RECOGNITION (solving patterns in own behavior, business, data, industry)
    3. **BUSINESS PRINCIPLES:**
    - VALUES, BELIEFS AND PRINCIPLES OF HOW TO RUN BUSINESS (thinking from first principles, long term focused, customer obsession, long term cash flow etc)
    4. **BUSINESS DISCIPLINES:**
    - ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, TAX, LAW, MARKETING, SALES, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT ETC...
    - SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE ALL FULL STACK (IN BUSINESS DISCIPLINES AS WELL)
    - Hires are mostly one discipline stacks so don't see the interconnectedness
    5. **PROCESSES:**
    - Tools and skills of a business discipline
    IF YOU'RE FULL STACK YOU CAN DO THE WORK OF 30 PEOPLE BY YOURSELF AND MOVE 100 TIMES FASTER THAN THE THIRTY PEOPLE WOULD AS A TEAM.
    BILLIONAIRES ARE T SHAPED. BROAD KNOWLEDGE AND OBSESSIVE FOCUS ON ONE DISCIPLINE.

    Sam, I love the realness you have on camera. You show you genuinely care about really wanting people to understand. Sometimes the videos are too long, but redundancy is actually very good for the sub-conscience. As for the full-stack approach, it's so true. People often skip the foundations and want to jump straight to the tools and processes. While they might have some temporary successes, without the foundation, when technology changes, or when your niches grow organically and develops, you won't be able to keep up. And for some, are confused and fall into depression. When you truly know and understand the foundations, you don't feel stressed. So, the values of building a foundation is 1. to keep flexible, 2. to be faster to respond when challenges occur. 3. to avoid depression when things fail.

    • @godisgreat8445
      @godisgreat8445 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      As you said the subconsciousness gets overloaded. But I would say simple words are useless, but actionable step by step is more important. Keep flexible - means so many things, same with challenges and handling emotions. But earning money really don't require you to be full stack, you can compensate it by identifying your weaknesses and outsourcing to someone who can do better. It can be called flexible but it is not really. So the devil is in the details. I really wish this video was 100 hours long with the same intensity and depth. Don't mind the subconscious, it can adapt with repetition and practice.

    • @starogre
      @starogre 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      being full stack has its downsides though. it can be hard to find work if you're too much of a generalist. assuming you want to work for someone else (or have to at some point in your life)

    • @godisgreat8445
      @godisgreat8445 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@starogreyeah, you are right, he made the video for entrepreneurs and that is who he creates information products for. If you are an entrepreneur you have to have the foundations based on objective reality. So general knowledge gives us some clues about where and how to proceed for contingency plan. You also know how to approach a situation. But Sam missed out key processes like Triplica(For example: How to create the best possible optimum solution with the least amount of resources required that fulfills that objective), Metamorphosis, business negotiations (it is not marketing or selling), Joint venturing(he does that with Tai Lopez) etc, that is a business foundation too. Honestly you cannot be great at every process, you can only know just enough to get good results. It is funny because his entire business is based on Triplica and he did not mention it. He used key note and not some fancy software, just enough to get the most optimum solution. This coming generation and the future is based on Triplica.

    Sam, I've been on TH-cam since they started in 2004. This is the most informative and applicable video they have on their platform to date. It explains everything in life. This is how physiology and activity come together to get results. Not just humans but all living species. I'm going to link back to it many times while doing my blog posts because it explains why we do what we do and view things in life the way we do. A person can understand what you just showed us and dramatically transform their lives. Using the lego style building blocks for demonstration was genius too.

    • @K4R70
      @K4R70 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The blocks also tap into peoples learning instinct from when they were children... many childrens early learning experiences are woth blocks. This is Sam reverse engineering the viewer for the right prop. Genius.

    Great video, Sam! I love how you logically and scientifically broke it down. More people need to see this. Ray Dalio in Principles, a book you recommend, also talked about interviewing billionaires. I think billionaires and future billionaires and have a natural curiosity for the mind and how other successful people are wired.

    Thank you for the amazing information Sam. I could relate to failing at trying business ventures that had great financial potential and wondered why others were outperforming in me and becoming hugely successful. Sadly I failed miserably on many occasions sometimes starting something with great hope becasue I know it was an amazing opportunity but only to fizzly out and become discouraged about my progress and eventually giving up. Because of a crappy - Mental awareness,mental cognition, Business principles and knowing only one business principle. As you say if the foundation is like sand whatever you build on it will sink. My sand was like quick sand...Thank you Sam for bringing this awareness to my understanding. There is hope beyond the horizon. Cheers mate !

    Great video Bro...I definitely agree with the breakdown fully as from an existential observation I can see these principles and sign them to various parts of the mind. It's really helping me to flesh out how to apply my existential understanding of my own mind and reality to the execution of my business.

    Hi Sam, I hope this video reaches a lot of people, I couldn't agree more with the message. I found your honest perspective on the fact that it's almost impossible to just delegate everything to freelance specialists totally refreshing. Fundamentally your point is that it takes brute force intelligence to be very successful in business, because a low IQ will prevent you from ever being full-stack. The unfortunate reality is that intelligence is general, not specific.
    The question is how do we augment the deeper parts of the stack as much as we can, with knowledge and training, I think.
