Hey Josh! Nice vid! Recently I went to my local lake and was using tiny hardbodies. I cast it out into the open and BOOF. A 42 cm bream! It surprised me as I was using a wooden Dan McGrath attack lure probably 10 years old! You helped me catch him with your tips so THANK YOU!

I work under ground so having a spoon on me is more of a pain, try straightening the tab more and bending the lid 90 deg to the natural bend (makes easier spooning). Take care, and keep fishing 👍🏼
i really like your videos, ur the best motivation. i went to a place to swim with my cousins today and i saw a bunch of fish in the harbour, i got pissed i didnt bring my fishing rod but i found out we r going back tommorow. I have my chance to catch sum fish tommorow atleast. Catch n release btw
Great vid mate.. if you go back down towards the lake there is a nice rock wall that the bream hang around and also the big open flat to the north past that wall that is good to crank 👌🏽 If you keep heading up that creek towards the hwy it's good for bass

Well at this spot I’m right up the back around 800m from the fresh water. And they tend to head deep in winter to spawn. People use blades and vibes for them as they spawn in the deep. But the more quality and older bream will tend to hang around the snags. Not too sure why as I’m not a bream but that’s my experience with them. Winter = better quality. Summer = more fish

Closed season for bass in NSW is from1 may to31 August the only difference for qld is it starts on the1 June
