That interception in the 3rd up 14-0 is a defense Coordinators Dream!! That was literally the perfect play call! QB went for the hot route cuz he thought he was gonna get man to man on an all out Biltz but a zone Blitz caught him slipping!! Oregon ST the troof!

When I watched Oregon St. against San Jose St., I immediately realized, they (Oregon) are destined for big things!

I think they play a similar big 10 style of play as well, rhythmic, more heavy formations and making smart plays without turning the ball over much

It doesn't mean anything because these teams are all going to beat each other and make it so that CFP is Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and Texas/FSU. I could see this coming from Week 1. The Pac-12 teams will cannibalize each other. Utah was never a serious threat, so I'm really talking about what USC, Oregon, and Washington are going to do to each other.

It's the transfer portal. You're going to see a lot more parity in college football now. It's going to be awesome and more entertaining and refreshing instead of the same teams year after year in the playoffs.
Although they haven’t been this good for probably decades, they’ve always been good against each other. That’s the problem. They beat up on each other like crazy. Teams in the top 10, even top 5, getting derailed by a PAC team that has no business beating them
Let’s hope that doesn’t happen to my dawgs. If they take care of business this week, and then best Oregon at home, it will be heart breaking to see them lose to someone that they shouldn’t. USC has a great QB, but I don’t think they’re on Washington and Oregon’s level.

@@TimmyPruitt166 Sure, some seasons. But some conferences do so far more than others. I suppose you could just chalk that up to the top PAC 12 teams actually not being that good, but I don’t think that’s the case. I really think the 12 team playoff is going to be eye opening. There’s going to be far less of a stranglehold. If you look at non conference records, or even the PAC 12’s most prestigious bowl tie in (Rose Bowl), there’s no reason to think they’re awful. If you look back to the turn of the century, the PAC has a substantial lead. Past decade, tied. I suppose this no longer matters though, being that the PAC will cease to exist after this year, at the very least, in its current form.

I did not expect Utah to lose this game.
Well its hard to win a game when the ref in the secondary doesnt call pass interference on oregon st. at ALL.. When they are pushing off defenders and riding the shoulder pads of utah for 15 yards down the feild.. It's actually laughable at how bad that referee was.. Utah was getting screwed the whole game and then the one call they got wasnt even PI on oregon st.. lmaoo

As a Utes fan, I knew this was going to happen at some point. I had faith, but watching previous Ute games made question our durability. Inevitability finally caught up. Congrats, Beavers. And sick uniforms!
Utes overrated, every team deals with injured players. ( next man up ), Cam needs a haircut, Utes and Beavs both have outstanding coaches,unfortunately both teams are overrated in a crazy talented conference. Huskies, USC, Ducks are all way better. Can't wait to see those teams play. Go Ducks 🦆🏈😎

The offense is seriously lacking with their top 2/3 QBs, top 2 RBs, top TE, and starting center all out. They're still surprisingly competitive against some great teams

I saw someone say that the pac 12 is easily the best conference in football rn but they might not get anybody in the playoffs and I think this is proof. You basically have to go undefeated to make the playoffs and all of the pac 12 teams have the toughest schedules bc we have to play eachother. OrSt played tuff but running the field after beating a team of mostly 2nd-4th stringers is a little embarrasing. Big respect for succeeding where other teams have not against Utah but don't think that this means they have any chance of winning out in regular season.
This was a rough game to watch. I’m assuming it would have went differently if we didn’t have 15 starters out. I honestly think Nate Johnson is one of worse quarterbacks I’ve seen in recent memory. 😂😂 Anyway, congrats on the win Beavers.
This Utah team fully healthy would’ve been something. Injuries are just absolutely insane at this point.
