Hello Prabhu a couple of suggestions for this dynamic lady prof. The location is not advantageous as people may not be willing to come and eat or pick up the food. I do not know the area but am just assuming this. She will need to get the phone numbers of the people who regularly come there and create a WhatsApp group. Let her ask them to recommend people. Also she needs to bring down the quantity of the biriyani and the price too. Once she does this she will be at par with the others. For any customer who recommends another she can give some thing free - maybe two extra chicken pieces. She can also take orders for larger numbers. Whatsapp works well. Please ask her to use it fully
