I felt sick as soon as you started talking about parting her out because of supposed low compression. This series of Pioneer saw has an automatic decompression valve under the recoil and actuated by a spring and lever. 50-60psi is normal! That is not what the motor is actually making unless your decomp is busted. You might want to do a follow up on this video.
You’re absolutely right! And didn’t even think about that, right until I sold it and the fellow who bought it mentioned that. He was putting 3 saws into one running so he bought it as a whole. Still something wrong with the motor as she didn’t want to run! Next time! Thanks for watching!
