Beef Mechado

Beef Mechado or Mitsado is Filipino beef-style stew cooked in tomato sauce along with few basic ingredients. The beef is slow-cooked until meat is tender. Soy sauce and calamansi juice are the key ingredients to the braising liquid. Beef Mechado is also know as Mechadong Baka.
