Why would anyone even consider going out driving in such atrocious conditions? At best, you're not going anywhere fast and end up being rescued and at worst you're never going home again.
Some years ago I drove from Colorado Springs on a sunny, pleasant day and by the time I got to monument it was a blizzard. I was also a courier and we had to drive no matter the conditions.😣😖😫
2:00 No excuse for a car being unable to move in that little amount of snow on level ground unless the owner failed to put proper snow tires on it for the winter. I'm sure they'd find the deductible for a fender bender a lot more expensive than a set of winter tires.
I stayed home as much as I could. I only went out to take my teenager to and from work and luckily it's not that far away from where we live.

It is a rear wheel drive car. Rear wheel drive cars should not be allowed in states that get snow.
