I know they used to make those little animals out of crushed pecan shells. I bought several and painted them with regular acrylic paints. That reindeer brought back memories. My Mom had some but I'm not sure which one of the four of us got them when she passed. That large stuffed lady animal is a character from a Disney Christmas movie. At least I think it is a Disney movie. The one that is a cross between Halloween and Christmas. My mind went blank over the name. I love the things you made with your treasures from this trip. Oh and the pocketbook with the roundish shape was the one to have when I was in school in the 80's. My Aunt even made me one with changeable covers. I still have mine somewhere. Love going shopping with you to the bins.
I have some Santa things I got in North Carolina years ago that are made of crushed pecan shells. I'm pretty sure the "porcupine" was really an armadillo 😊😊
Loved your frantic shopping trip right before an appointment!🤣 That's something I would do! I love "goodie" shopping. The brownish looking figures made in Mexico appeared to be like some I used to paint both for myself and for work displays. They were made of crushed pecan shells. We couldn't keep those things on the shelves! They were sold out constantly! I still have 2 Santas I put out every Christmas. Love them! Oh, and that pocketbook at the end, they were THE thing to have back in my high school days. I even had one cover that I cross-stitched a design on. I really enjoy seeing the things you find in your area.
I have that basket in yellow. I went to my 1st Goodwill bargain bin is what is what called in Bradenton, FL. Good thing I watch bc I knew how to follow the rules... they only had the big blue carts or bins nothing against the wall that was disappointing.
@@JackieBluXO near the Flowers Bakery . It's called Goodwill Bargain Bin. good luck let me know if you find it. I can't explain how to get there except it's off 301 south in a business warehouse district.
One time I has to meet my girlfriends across the street so I parked my cart on the wall and chanced it being there after lunch. It was! I definitely had covered it with a blanket. Love the stockings! And all the goodies. I hope there is some amazing stuff in all those crates in back!
I found an inkwell just like that at a yard sale and guessed inkwell, I thought it would make a great pin cushion for the chair seat. I live way up north in Ontario Canada
There was a marshmallow looking stuffie with a tan helmet. That is “lanky box merch”. My kids are OBSESSED with those. They have a huge collection. I think you had found “thick boxy”. I’m going to rewatch with my son to see if he can tell me. 😂❤😊
*Yes, but she broke up her Thrift trip video into several pieces, which we previously saw in pieces and parts....in this video it's all together as 1 video as this bins visit was originally only 1 trip....and this time we got to see it in its entirety. 😂❤😉*
She LITERALLY said those words at the 11:15 mark. Pay attention. She is sad to leave because they didn't put out more stuff but she had to go to an appt.
That’s a Partridge in a Pear Tree
And it's needlepoint.
the tall red christmas plush was the girl from nightmare before christmas
That purse at the end was very popular when I was young in the late 70’s . So preppy at the time!
I am so glad you picked up that shelf, that looked like an oldie
The frantic “let’s go dig!!” 😂😂😂 I totally felt that! Great finds!
Every time I watch one of these, I get so envious we don't have a bins!!!
I love the Knee Hugger Elf!!
Love that Santa❤
Love the vintage red reindeer and elf
I think the porcupine is really an armadillo, you are funny
😂😂

Great finds Julie. 😊
Great finds!!
❤️❤️❤️ the vintage reindeer!!! 😍
Not sure if it was said, but that one stocking was a partridge in a pear tree.
You always score the best stuff.🎉
What a nice haul. Your daughter will love her items that you picked up. Hated that you had to leave I would of watched more. Have a pleasant day.❤❤❤

Love the stockings! And all the goodies. I hope there is some amazing stuff in all those crates in back!
I was hoping you would rescue the red reindeer.
😢
I went to your bins on Friday, really hoping to see you. Loved these bins so much better than ours in Central Mississippi
I found an inkwell just like that at a yard sale and guessed inkwell, I thought it would make a great pin cushion for the chair seat. I live way up north in Ontario Canada
The vintage red reindeer is from the early 60's. They were made of velvet. So glad you rescued the one. There was another on the shelf.
at 2:28
You missed the vintage reindeer. That’s worth some money. I love all your videos!
The red one?
The two tone brown shakers were everywhere in the 70’s 80’s here in Canada. I am pretty sure my Mom had some.
Great haul!!!
What Fun!!! Thank you!! I hate it when I'm having fun and run out of time...
All so cute.
Love the reindeers, great haul
My Mom made me that Ceramic basket back in the 80's, still have mine. Also have the red reindeer. My grandmother had that probably the 50's or 60's
The elf on the shelf you found is definitely older., maybe 1950s
Yep! I still have mine from the '60s
I love the blue and white dish.
great finds again!
Oh you got it! Thank goodness!
Not a porcupine, an armadillo !
Julie, I wish you would wear gloves. Love these videos❤️❤️❤️

The reindeer, red one, is from 60’s or 70’s
Yes!
Loved what you got today Julie, especially all the vintage Christmas items. Sorry you had to leave early, but sometimes life intervenes. 😊
You found some cute things. I think what you called a porcupine is an armadillo. I had a purse like that in the 70s!
Yes the armadillo!
Julie is now late for her appointment. LOL! Been there. Done that. 😄
Loved all the Christmas decor,i would of definitely bought the Sledge even with the chip.A great haul❤
I'm thinking your 'quail' stocking, is likely a partridge...since it was in a pear tree.
(I had an armadillo purse as well....in the 60's)
I think it’s a partridge in a pair tree.
😅 How funny, did you make it to your appointment? You found some great stuff today,
The brown salt shaker 1970's
It's a pixie, for the x-mas tree.
Ginger jar missing the lid
So so fun
That was an armadillo not a porcupine. 😁
Where are these bins everyone talks about. I live in Central Pa and have no clue....😢
I think that was an armadillo not a porcupine. 😊
❤ from Oz.
Great bins day
I was screaming “ take the stockings” lavender clothline has sold similar for a lot $$
You missed the other one by the blue and white jar
Why did you pass up the orange pot
I bought that same ceramic basket at a thrift store last week!😂😂
Some of these finds are a repeat and she has already did a video on them 😢

Epoch dishes are a brand made by Noritake.
Was that a porcupine or an armadillo? Couldn't see it to well.

What was so sad? Just a click bait title.
I know. So irritating.
