Giga Factories Hyundai Production at Ulsan Plant, Palisade, Tucson, Santa Fe, Ioniq Assembly Line
The Ulsan Plant is Hyundai Motor’s main production plant. The Ulsan complex sits on 1,200 acres and is the world’s largest single automobile plant. The complex comprises five independent plants which employs over 34,000 workers capable of producing 5,600 vehicles daily, producing 38.2 percent of the nation’s vehicles. The plant also has its own port where up to three 42,000 ton ships can anchor at the same time. The plant is the birthplace of the South Korean automobile industry and is a self-contained facility that operates its own fire station, hospital and security vehicles. The production of the Pony, South Korea’s first mass-produced car, began in the plant.

You think? You ever lived in Korea. These workers make just as much as their counterparts in Japan and quality is on par with any other manufacturer. Also, they are highly trained before working in the factory. Get educated before posting. I sure you have never lived any where but your 3rd world village.

They receive annual salaries ranging from $70,000 to $200,000 depending on their years of experience. I'm curious about how much you make annually.

​@@georgefaulk2528I chose my Elantra because it was made at this plant and not one here in the US. 2018, base model really. Manual transmission, 133k. 2 repairs totalling under $500 in almost 6 years. Most reliable car I've ever owned.

They're not the same company which built cars that felt like rip-offs around three decades ago. It's fair to say that they've come a very long way since then, even surpassing american cars when it comes to reliability. Not perfect but they got up big somehow. Maybe try better next time.
