Round-Malta 4-day Trekventure ... FOOD, FUN, LANDSCAPES ... Mental Health Awareness ... Part 1

We are taking you all around this beautiful island of Malta, sharing with you all FUN, nice LANDSCAPES and experiences with a bunch of crazy lads on the block.
We are doing this first of all to enjoy ourselves, and at the same time raise Funds and Awareness regarding Mental Health issues, and in aid of Richmond Foundation Malta. We created this event 'MoveitforRichmond', ... (Steve Saydon as the mind behind it all) and also thanks to the endless Sponsors who made this journey very colourful, well hydrated, healthy and great Fun.
We could not stay still in front of this alarming number of mysterious solitary deaths, of young people, increasing by the hour, and yes the Pandemic did effect this even more. But, we wanted to inform people that, yes THERE IS HELP, and it is ok not to be ok, as long as you can share your problems with professional people who CAN help ... before it is too late !
We know that this is a very delicate subject, which needs to be treated with caution and great care, so we tried to inject knowledge about such a Stigma (unfortunately), in a somehow enjoyable manner, a Positive one indeed ...
You cannot imagine what we experienced during these 4 days doing this Adventure. Here is Part 1 of this crazy ride !!!
