Kalimera fili mou 😀 Thanks a lot. I really pleasured that it was helpful for you. My mom’s part is from Xanthi. Lots of loves to Greece ❤️
Efharisto Yannis 🙏 I think june is the best time. It won’t be hot so much. If you will rent a car, i recommend you to choose small car. It will be more convenient to park easily. Malta is one of the closest country to our countries. I am Cypriot and i felt like i am in Cyprus 😀 Mediterranean countries are my favorites with its lifestyle ☺️

I've had 6 trips to Malta so far, the most recent was last month in December. There's so much to do in Malta, you'll barely touch the edges in a week. I love visiting churches, and there are 356 to visit, each one unique. I've visited about 20 so far, so there are many more trips to go. My next visit will be for Easter where I will stay on Gozo for the Easter celebrations. I feel like when I'm in Malta my soul gets healed bit by bit each trip. The Maltese people are very friendly, very direct, and incredibly hospitable. The architecture is interesting at every turn. The food is fresh and flavourful. I can't wait to return.
Yes i agree with you. I told my wife that it was so short to stay there 4 nights for Malta. Its also very close to my homeland Cyprus. Just 2 hours flight. Wanna visit again to discover more hidden gems. I completely agree with you about people and foods as well. And its very close to my country as well. We are mediterranean as well. I felt like i am at home. I have same feeling when i go to coastal parts of Italy and Greece as well. Very close cultures and lifestyles.
@lisagreenhalgh7031 ah Mediterranean weather is complicated during this time. Sometimes it can be really hot sometimes it can be cold ☺️ Check out exact weather at that time
@@lisagreenhalgh7031 It kind of depends what you’re used to. I went last year in 1st week of February. The days will be mid teens to low teens. It might rain briefly. Evenings will require a light jacket. It won’t be cold if you compare it to the UK or colder countries. You’ll be freezing if you’re used to Egypt or India or a hot country. I was fine with a light jacket, T-shirt underneath and jeans. In the evening a hoodie under the jacket is sufficient. I didn’t take nor need a heavy coat or woolen jumpers. There were times during the day, in the sun, where a T-shirt was fine early/mid afternoon. It may get windy, this brings the temp down. Locals will be dressed in coats for winter.
We're going on a 3 day trip to Malta this week and I was wondering how to plan things.. your video is such a help! I had crossed Gozo off the list because we only have 3 full days, but you guys seemed to have done everything in 3 days, so ...
@@maud3444 In 3 days its better to visit start in Valletta, then road trip from Sliema to San Giljan coastline. You may stop some places to enjoy around. 1 day for Mdina, Marsaxlokk and Birgu. And 1 full day for Gozo. 3 day is enough for this season. There are nothing special in Mellieha, St. Paul’s Bay or other places for this season.
@@AlpGalipcy Amazing footage! We will travel to Malta next February. We will spend 5 full days there and travel back on the 6th. Any recommendations where to start and where to finish the journey? Planing to travel by buses and scooters.
I have rented a car. With public transport i am not sure how it can be time efficiently. Sure its better to start from Valletta and end at the Gozo. Or reverse direction. 5 full days enough to visit most of the must-visit places.
which region would you recommend to stay in...I cant decide between Valetta or Sliema...We will travel around Malta during the daytime, but cant decide which area to stay in for night time walking and eating out.....We are going in mid February...any thoughts?
Hi. Thanks for watching. Most of the tourists stay at the Saint Giljan. There are many hotels and dining options. Sliema is nice as well. I recommend you to stay Balluta Bay. Its located middle of Sliema and Saint Giljan with full of nice dining places. Valletta is more authentic. It depends what you exactly looking for. Saint Giljan is mostly younger people with active nightlife places.
@@AlpGalipcy ...a fantastic video...really appreciated...Thanks for the comments...We are in our early 50's and will travel around Malta during the day, but want somewhere nice for walking in the evening and for dining... :)
@MsSimplyredfan oh great. We are early 40’s with my wife. Next time we would like to stay at Ballutta Bay after our exploration all around the island ☺️🙏🏽 Thanks a lot again
Malta is grand; but the horses on those buggies are incredibly poorly treated. There is a movement on the island asking for an end to this tourist tradition.
In Malta they have beaches everywhere 😀 To be honest i am from Cyprus and we have one of the best beaches in Europe. When i traveling i am not interested beaches a lot 🙈
There are beaches everywhere. I just wanted to point all locations around the island. Yes you can find beaches everywhere to swim. Because i am from Cyprus and my country is full of beaches. Because of that i am not interested to go swimming during my vacation :)
Spending 4 days on Malta WITH a car and not dedicating even one hour to one of the prehistoric temples which are some of the oldest man-made structures - older than the pyramids - and declared UNESCO World Heritage sites, is criminal.
Yes you right. Also those places were on my list. But it was busy season and so much traffic jam. I lost so much time on the roads. I am planning to visit Malta again and visit those prehistoric temples as well. Thanks for pointing this.
I use AI Voiceover for the videos. It really takes so much time to record voiceovers. Before i was using my own voice but i am Cypriot and my accent is not good and people were complaining about pronunciations. Its better to use British accent voiceover.

Beautiful country for travel
It really is!
The Maltese accent is a particular mix of Arabic, Italian and English influences!
Thank you for sharing that! The blend of influences really makes the Maltese accent unique and special.
@AlpGalipcy whats your influences privately? The British speaker is not YOU??
It sounds alot like a mix of Italian and Portuguese to my ears. I don't hear any Arabic. Maltese sounds very nice
Subscribed,great job,beautifully narrated.
Thanks Tony 🙏

Great video! What drone did you use to capture these shots?
Hey thanks 🙏 I have used mavic mini 3

Since when do you pay to see the canons at upper Baraca gardens ?
Upper Barakka Gardens is free to enter. But downstairs there is museum and closer look at the cannons, entrance fee is 3euro
