I haven't noticed anyone mention this, but since Peach game launch Nintendo Twitter has been very quiet (especially compared to its activity thus far in 2024). Almost seems like Nintendo is holding all their news for some sort of event? Hmm.

How long has Twilight Princess remaster been rumoured ? 4 years ?
I have awesome memories of this game. ❤ It's been a very long time since I last played it on Wii.
Since 2018. First there reports of it having been emulated by Nintendo, then Nintendo updated the trademark shortly after that that pushed more rumors.
Ever since the Switch was released, fans were expecting WW and TP HD to be ported to the Switch. Everyone was so sure that it would eventually come, but it never did. I still desperately want at least one of the two to get ported, but I'm not holding any hopes or expectations anymore. I'm sick of hyping myself up only to be let down year after year.
@@TornMDI know I fell exactly the same but I just can't help but still hope for them to finally be ported ! I'm just a desperate idiot who sold their WII U thinking they would be remastered someday and I would pay double I tell you...
All I'm hoping for is either a new trailer and release date for Metroid Prime 4 or a HD Remaster of Metroid Prime 2 Echoes

I would like to revisit the game The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. My last experience with this title was on the Wii U console, having previously played it on the GameCube at launch. Additionally, I would be interested in revisiting The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, which I only had the opportunity to experience once on the GameCube.
I only played them on the Gamecube myself. I never had a Wii U, unfortunately.
I'm so ready to play the Wind waker on the switch. Its been about 10 years since I played it on the wii u. One of Mt favorite Zelda titles. Wii us are hard to find and expensive these days😮.
I think we are going to get a lot of remakes and remasters on Switch 1 the next few years while the console winds down and we get into Switch 2 generation. I think a lot of those games will come out but not necessarily this year.
Don't you want a 3DS console called The Nintendo 3DS Spocco to come out in the future?
I don’t know about Silksong as much as I would love for it to come out but they said they didn’t even submit the full game for the rating all they did was fill out a paper just for the digital release

I think metroid prime 4 will be a launch title for the new switch. I think this year will probably be metroid prime remasters to get people prepared for the fourth game. I just hope they port Ocarina of Time and Majorias Mask 3D to Switch before New Switch comes out. I wish, but probably not happening, Kid Icraus Uprising remaster.
I think they will actually go back and remake OOT but for Switch 2. We at least have the OGs on NSO.

@@user-bq4ud1dg1c Stellar Blade is a PS5 exclusive Indie title and there’s also a demo for it. I’ve never tried it myself since I don’t own any PlayStation systems but I’ve seen a lot of people saying positive things about it online. I’m hoping that in the future will get a switch release but only time will tell

Honestly, I just want these games to come to Switch before they release the next console and I'll consider the Switch to be the best system I've ever owned:

Xenoblade Chronicles X (with quality of life changes, like bigger text for questlines and easily accessed tutorials)

It's alrite, not all that. Just my view mind, but I feel ppl hype it up a bit _too_ much. It _could_ have been the best Zelda ever , it certainly has the ingredients but sadly (without spoiling anything hopefully), it turned out i to being a sort of 'Ocarina 1.5' for me. 3 of the dungeons were really bland, while 2 of them were Superb. Massive let down near the end. Mixed Bag Zelda game, plus far too easy and linear.
I could do Luigi's Mansion 1 in HD. Something to play in October.

Well, I think it's going to be handled differently for how Nintendo wants to end the Switch before going to Switch 2 but maybe for the wrap-up year for the Switch I hope that Nintendo and Grezzo are finally done making the remake of Tomodachi Life and bringing it to Switch and adding the Miitopia Mii Maker in it and maybe they can release it and show it in this month's Nintendo Direct. Also hopefully, HAL Laboratory has one final Kirby Game for us before we move to Switch 2 like a full-on remake of Triple Deluxe or Planet Robobot or both and then having new side story modes for both Taranza and Susie. But let's hope and see what Nintendo has in store for us for this wrap-up year for the Switch.

It’s not confirmed no switch 2 this year. No one really knows anything, it’s just “leakers” claiming things until they’re eventually right. I mean look at how it was a “switch pro” rumored about from 2018-2022 until they realized people weren’t falling for that anymore and now claim switch 2.

I mean they may be fine financially themselves now but delaying as is, radio silence and filling the gap with re-Makes only instead of IPs they could have easily revived for Switch 1 like Kid Icarus and F zero - it all leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth if anything. Not the very 'smooth transition' I had in mind!

Wouldn't a remaster of the the 3DS version make more sense though? the original is kind of short and doesn't really have much to it that would convince people to pay full price for it(unless $50 or $40). The 3DS version, has more to it like local co-op, achievements, Amiibo functionality, Strobulb from 2, and a hard mode.

@@Mymy_64 Nintendo will not charge that price on LM1, only reason they're charging £50 for LM2 is because it is an actual remastered HD port, LM1 is just a port with minor changes, they'll do the Pikmin route charge £25 or £30 for it
@@HylianBean97 in America, 2 HD is full price. Considering its a Mario game(of a popular series) its very possible for them to charge at least $50 for it. Also LM1 on the 3DS is a remake, not port.

Hype is real if a direct is real this month. Im guessing a few ports are on the way. Metroid prime 2 and meybe 3 drop. My most wanted are the Zelda ports of Wind waker and Twilight princess. Wind waker is more likely. A remake of the Oracles or Zelda1 and 2 could happen. Donkey kong is due for a new open world 🌎 maybe 3d game. Hype train is filling!

I saw a trailer for switch 2 reveal most likely fake , though good bits were better dock , 7/25 open world mario journey as day 1 game , 60fps 4k docked etc. take with pinch of salt, but will be interesting if date was right though. also said metroid 4 next year lugi man 4 26 , was more but their the main things what stuck out

I don't know, re-releasing Galaxy 2 by itself after 3D All stars seems a little off. I would expect it to be perhaps re-released with 3D All Stars, added as DLC, or made available on Nintendo online for a future Wii addition. Them repackaging it with 3D All Stars wouldn't be all that different with how they repackaged the original All Stars for the SNES with Super Mario World.
No, 3D All-Stars is a 3 game Trilogy, that's like calling Crash N'Sane Trilogy but adding "Crash 4" to the collection or adding GTA 4 to the GTA Trilogy or any of other Spyro games on the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Galaxy 2 doesn't NEED to be on 3D All-Stars neither Mario 64 DS or 3D Land, it's celebrated the first 3, 3D Mario games, it did its job and the next Mario anniversary is next year

Honestly I think people need to look at then angle that they don’t want to flood the market every year with there ips comstantly. I think it’s good to just lay low. The only people that are complaining are those that are obsessively into THE HYPE and what’s next when nintendos main target is not the minority that are watching these sorts of videos every day to keep themselves full
