What Wi-Fi do you use for portable Wi-Fi?
I love watching toasty bros but here's the thing. They're throwing some shade at this pre-build for not having the greatest price to performance, yet they sell essentially this same pre-build on their website, but with a 2 generations older processor and 16gb less RAM (DDR4 instead of DDR5 as well), for the same price as this Costco pre-build. Not to mention the great warranty and tech support that comes with a Costco membership. Just a thought. Keep up the great work guys.
yeah m thinking the same
Hypocrisy comes to mind
Business 101...... If you have a business, never make out that another company that sells the same products as you.... NEVER make out their business stock options outweigh yours.
Paint another company in a bad light, too show YOUR companies stock and price is better, even if it isn't.
There are many gullible people out there, that see these guys smiley, happy, familiar, friendly faces, and will choose too buy almost the same product or maybe a little worse, for more from them.... Rather than shop around.
Nothing wrong with it, it's smart business.
I mean look at Sony, they're genius at duping their idiot fan boys.
They are currently selling a PS5 Slim digital, for £50 more than the original PS5 digital that launched 4 years ago.... And people are buying it, and selling a Pro version for £700, with no disc drive, no stand, almost the same CPU, 40% improved GPU and nothing really else, yet people still buy it.
Businesses always look too dupe the gullible, and unfortunately, there are a lot of gullible people in gaming.
You make great points! There is 100% value in the extra storage, 32GB of DDR5, the newer i5, and accessories that they include. We're still nowhere near the size of Cyberpower in terms of connections and in house products like PSUs, CPU coolers, Cases, etc. We're keeping it as competitive as we can right now and making improvements to our prebuilts each year. In terms of our criticism for the Costco prebuilt, it was more for the few parts that did change between this year and last year's prebuilt. Appreciate the feedback and the support👍
@@ToastyBros i like the honesty and i totally understand it
Been watching you guys for years. Back when you did the first submerged oil cooled PC 🙂 it's great to see you guys still putting together quality content. 👍
I bought this PC a couple months ago when it was on sale for $850 and I've enjoyed it so far. It plays BO6 at 140-155 FPS on a 1440 MSI monitor
How many m.2 slots does it have?
@Al_Salcedo it has 1 spare slot
Holy moly I noticed that Costo and I work just down the road from you guys! I meant to stop by to check what you all got!
I watched this the other day and today I just got the Costco flyer in the mail, this same PC already dropped $150 and is $849.99 now.
Thanks to you guys my streaming setup looks amazing for the bang of the buck! Finishing it up tomorrow!
I remembered my dad wanted a cosco pc but I ended up building him a build from microcenter at a 700 budget for something similar
The hot dogs are where the real Costco value lies, along with the 48 roll packs of toilet paper!
Costco being in clutch especially w/my big ahh family 😂
haha i bought this pc 2 months ago at my costco and it was on sale for 850 and im really enjoying it
YOU have to take in account that this price also includes 2 years of phone tech support, 2 year warranty on parts and also their 90 day return policy for this price. This always has a cost to it, though, not included in the price on checkout. So, I am sure this is why it is approimately $100 to $150 more for this same item at other box stores...and electronic stores. Great job as always guys.....Maybe the rookie should get complimentary ToastyBros Rain parka??? LOL
Yeah also the 4060 build that they are selling on their site is also near 1000 dollars. They talk shit about the pricing but that's also their price.
@@shockbladezed1871 I just watch the channel to laugh at notoriously bad prebuilts I never take what they said seriously
Exactly. Was surprised they went through the whole video without mentioning the added support, which can be big if you are getting a computer for a less tech-savvy relative.
funny enough, I have a friend who’s mom bought him and his two litter brothers some costco pcs because she didn’t know I was a “pc expert” at the time. They aren’t that bad of quality, but they’re overpriced and I had to enable xmp on all 3 of them! Costco really has everything 🤣
That’s my PC. I purchased it two months ago and love it.
Bro pc r so expensive can't afford one but love watchin yall's vids makes my day after school
You can’t afford this one* just resource your parts one by one and you will eventually
@@ohaiariel56 thanks ill try
Scalp parts of Facebook market
According to the Costco flyer I just got in the mail, this PC is going on sale for $849 starting Nov. 20
Wanted to say Good work on Yalls Channel it is Growing so Fast and you build awesome PC all the time Keep it up Im always watching. 😊
Hugh seams store bought prebuilds have gotten a bit better. The last time I was looking at some in Costco or Walmart near me they had really bad specs for a very high price, this doesn't seem so bad. It's bit more expensive than making it yourself, overall, not bad at all. Good review.
You setting up the pc right in the parking lot, in the rain is bonkers!
I bought a Gaming Desktop computer from Costco just over 3 months ago. It turned out pretty well and it included a 2 year warranty in the $999 price.
Specs?
@@BREEZYM6015 Intel Core i7-14700k. RTX 4060. 32GB DDR5 RAM, 2 TB SSD from iBuyPower
I bought a similar system for 1k as well only difference is it's got a RTX 4070 instead.
@@obtainsthat’s way better than a 4060ti bruh you got a solid deal.
costco really wants you to order it through their website if you want more selections. i have 3 differrent locations near me and each one has a different inventory of computers and regular grocery items
Costco depending on where you live in the US does not have the same PCs. The one where I live has Lenovo legions PCs.
man i love yall vids
You should have collabed with Costco guys
Lol. I guess they're hard to get ahold of.
How can they do that when the Costco guys are on the clock working?
WE BRING THE BOOM
@@GLoK-OGi’ve seen many collabs so i’m guessing not
No you shouldn’t have
Costco will be running a sale on the same pc for $849, starting 11/20.
Do you have the sku? Or link?
I have purchased PCs from Costco in the past (both desktop and laptop) and found them reasonably priced for my non-gaming needs. However I just bought a new gaming PC from CyberPowerPC directly for two reasons. First, it eliminates the middleman and more importantly I was able to configure the computer exactly the way that I wanted albeit from a menu of options. Costco does have an online shop where you can configure a computer but the cost is slightly higher than if I bought one directly from the system integrator. That said Costco provides a great warranty.
The best option is still setting aside some time on the weekend or something and building one yourself. I just threw myself in there and watched a guide on TH-cam. Took me maybe 5/6 hours and had her up and running. Just lets you get the best deals on each individual part, max bang for buck.
@@The_Lightless I agree that's the best way if you are competent enough to build one yourself, but screw up one thing and you would have been better off buying one already made
@@ernieb3949 I had no idea what I was doing, completely blind, and managed to still get everything working. Generally speaking, got no idea what kind of “screwing up” you’re talking about. It’s pretty hard to mess anything up these days, lots of parts have locking mechanisms so as long as you don’t force something in and damage the slot, you will be fine.
I bought cyber power from Walmart amd 5 5500 16g ddr5 Radeon rx6700 700$ I live it it’s amazing plays cod fort and plenty of games just fine
That's a good find, most $700 PCs won't come with a GPU as good as the 6700.
Me too
My brother in law bought the i9 with 4070 for $1300 on sale a couple months ago, and we each bought the 1440 160hz curved monitors. Felt it was very good value at that price. I couldn’t put one together for that price with all the warranty it came with.
I bought this PC in August when they had it for $850.
ngl. it looks pretty good not a half bad build
Case is NV5 from Phanteks, the 4060ti one can be had for $850 on sale, had since may with zero issues and cooling is fantastic.
gotta love those budget builds!
same
This is not one of them. 😂
W Just finished my first pc build.
I like the vlog/testing vids, they hit different
watchu got toasty bros ?-Is it gamer focused?-will it beat the rtx 4090?-whats your favorite content you know and love?
Were costco guys ofcourse we love pc over console
Yooo I love your vids
Newegg selling a yeyian pc for 700 with a 12 percent discount so it’s 600 bucks. It has a 4060 so I think y’all should check it put
great info about costco ,a potential prebuilt resource
Cyber Monday deals would be the best time to buy
Rain is one thing, but I really hope you guys weren't anywhere near that big explosion. 🙌
haven’t watched the video yet, does the budget build get a BOOM?
Cyber power has always been a little pricey but they are very professional.
Yess a video i can enjoy
I tried that once from Costco.
I turned it on and "WHOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSHSHHHHHHHH". I thing it was an ACER.
"Maby it's just temporary." Nope. Always jet engine.
Reset it to factory settings and returned it. There is no excuse to make it shitty like that out of the box.
Got a latop with Ryzen 5625U integrated graphics. Quiet to tolerable, plays some games, plays them better after upgrading with a second RAM stick for dual channel.
wait, didn't yall buy a 4060 build last time??? ohh well, I'm still watching lol. Yall should try Best Buy next. They usually have a decent selection when it comes to prebuilds.
Did you get a double chocolate chunk cookie while you were there?
BRUUUHHHH i fell for it and bought a ibuypower PC ... DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are a disaster waiting to happen
5:40 flintlock wood😂
If it is from Costco, it must be good!
I just got a used 12600k- 2x8 trident z royal gold ram - msi mag 240mm cooler- b760mk d4- xpg pylon 750w - 6600xt for 400$
In my opinion, if you want price per performance, Costco is probably one of the worst places to shop for a gaming PC. You're getting prices you'd expect from other places with no good deals unless you're buying an office PC. The flip side is their warranty and return policy is super good so if anything happens, you're covered.
My buddy said only when they on sale is when they worth it
I think at this price range, laptops are a better deal maybe. i got one with ryzen 7840 HS, RTX 4070, 16 GB Ram and 1 TB SSD for the same 999. Even the 3D mark Timespy score(12,205) i got is higher than this. Plus i got portability with a buit in screen, speaker and Mic-Webcam along with battery.
You've got no upgrade path with a laptop.
You do know a 4070 laptop performance is like a desktop 4060 right, It's nowhere near a desktop 4070 sadly.
parking lot pc benchmarks!
Alex kowaliuk,,Your show is more vital than i think you realize, the average American is poor and im one of them iv not had a computer since 2010 and im currently saving for a gaming laptop to use as a desktop but im having trouble cant spend more than 500 and its hard and if you dont do your research and dont get a gpu in your laptop or desktop your not gonna be able to do much of anything.
My local Costco has this - CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cooled Gaming Tower - AMD Ryzen 9 9900X - GeForce RTX 4070 Super, 12GB
For $1,749. Good deal?
Do the $500 gaming laptop from Walmart! Has RXT 4050 seems like cheapest gaming laptop option
if I use a Ryzen 7 5700g with no graphics card, will it run hotter than using it with a dedicated graphics card?
Not really just use a decent cooler
My computer is plugged into A UPS. I pull 700w with flight simulator. Lost power one time battery lasted maybe 2 min. Definitely not made for gaming.
You should’ve asked them really complicated questions about each system
I LOVE COSTCO!
dang yall got a lot of vids planned, i can tell u recorded this more than 10 days ago cuz of the old Fortnite season
I have never seen a Costco so empty lol. It’s a madhouse at the one by me.
I have a cyberpowerpc with the same case and a 4060 ti but the cpu is a ryzen 5 5500
Condition
Used - Good
Make an offer
I7 9700
2070 super
16 mb ram
1t hhd are these specs good for gaming
with intel stability is the elephant in the room ie. 13-14th gen processors ,at the moment i'm going with AMD ,just less hassle and risk
for m.2 i use a wd850xblack1-2 tb -compling with the toastybros expectation of using modern storage And yes it does make a difference lol
*The Version You Bought will not go on sale this season BUT The i7 version Does for the Same Price as this i5 variant. So if This does a Decent Job in 1080 & some 2K then this i7 version should be the same at this Price level but better*
I saw this at my local Costco
theres no costco around here at all, not even within 5 hours
and the rtx 4060 pcs here in stores are still $1000
Please sirs, try the Battlefield 2042 with 128 players too , it is very good benchmark for the cpu performance.
I literally got that same pc the other day😅
Day 3, asking for a gaming pc
I work at costco and these prebuilts are hit or miss I bought a pc from them a while back and the ram was clocked at 2400 instead of 6000 on my 2600 dollar pc.
i like the rtx 4060 with the 16gb vram with a 6core 12th gen cpu 2tb gen4x4 nvme ddr5 ram
Bought this at coscto in september for 850 and when it works its amazing but recently I've been getting a lot of blue screens
for an idea to test the gpu or cpu download ARK survival 2 and see how much fps and lag it can handle on a full server or modded server, because that game is demanding
Dont forget the CHICKEN 4.99
Where's the benchmark for Costco food LOL
Whats the Black Friday' deals?
How much was it, including tax?
Around $1,100 with tax I think.
We're costcos of course we AREn't in a cult
I normally have nothing negative to say about any of your videos. But your ad spot with anchor was very misleading. Talking about putting in a solar generator in your car to set up your PC when for 1/3 the price you can get a 2000 watt sine wave inverter that'll work off your car's battery and do just as good if not better. These things are great for camping and backup power at your house if you lose electricity put me to talk about car stuff the car's got its own electrical system there's no reason to have something like this.
WE'RE COSTO GUYS
nice
We're the Costco guys or Bros
That was a LONG intro Ad bros...
I got the MSI GE75 Raider laptop from Costco earlier this year. It seems that this laptop cannot handle some of the latest game like Black Myth: Wukong with freezing problems. There was another game that I got refunds for.
Imagine thinking you're famous enough that people want your signature 😂
15min ad
Costco has the best pizza btw lmao!
Requesting Gaming PC day 6
costco seems like they dont want to risk product sales on tech based hardware ie.pc spec options--what's in the laptop dept.?
Wtf i just got a 45min unskippable add 💀
guys are saying that the gaming pc you saw it costs too much... and you specific said its around 700 and you are selling the exact same gaming pc for 900+ ...ermmmm dont know xD
I have this PC
Owning your own business allows you the luxury to walk into any store and drop $1,000 on a PC without breaking a sweat. Get your grind on guys! 😂
Cool pc . Looks great games well .. hey 90 day return policy . Now you have an excuse to nab so more pizza .
whats another alternative to this pc that is priced lower
3:08 EA? 😂
I would sell that 4060 and buy a 7700xt for same money
