It’s labeled a blood remover. We call it “protein”. Smells like windex but we use it on any spot caused by living things.
Rinsing is 12 ph water heated to 200 degrees and that was at 600 psi I believe.
The ones I list are legit and I apply after just to disinfect. You could use them for bio incidences.
I pre treat mixing that high ph water with “Chem Free” powder. Has oxidizer and stuff in it that cleans literally everything upholstery tile carpet.

Is the remover commercial grade or chain store bought?
What is Chem free powder?
I don’t do the buying of product but I’m pretty sure it’s the only thing not branded by us so it has to be in carpet cleaning supply stores. (Blood remover)
Chem free is our powder we get to mix in our pre treat.
