@@RichBuilt the arsenals...in matte black..I called them up..they came out with a whole bunch of van wheels for transit and sprinters...I had paid for mine 3 months ago..im kinda jealous of the new styles ..I haven't seen really any transits with mine on TH-cam or insta

Hard to imagine what Ford was thinking with those...I am wondering what might improve the aesthetic, or if they can be modified or removed without introducing a problem with airbag or something else. Good question! I'm also trying to figure out what to do there. Considered throwing them out altogether, but will likely clad it with fabric similar to the headliner shelf and hope it blends in the background.
I was worried about that also, but the air bag deploys between the crack at the bottom of the headliner and the window to protect you from side impacts. So no issues with interfering there

Thanks Jeff, no I decided not to incase I wanted to ever take it off. It doesn't rattle at all with the 6 bolts holding it down.
What is the inside dimensions of that shelf
