Knowing all WHAT about her? - Franken's charges are complete rubbish. The ADF is no more a "hate group" than the Methodist Church is. The SPLC's infamous "hate group" list has been roundly criticized even by liberal media outlets such as the New York Times and NPR - and has cost the SPLC millions in damages that its had to pay out in defamation and slander suits brought against it for labeling groups like the ADF as hate groups.

@Alpha Wërks No, Barrett is NOTHING like RBG, she was an excellent judge with years of experience even before she became a Supreme Court Justice, Barrett had very little to no experience before she became a federal judge (which she should also not have received due to lack of experience) and still doesn't have anywhere near enough experience. Barrett is not qualified for this position. So no, Barrett is far from the high level of RGB.

@Bob Silsley His impeachment means nothing. He was charged with a crime and taken to court by a group that did so to overthrow him... that's "impeachment". It doesn't mean he did anything wrong, it only means someone made accusations. The court found that he was not guilty of any crime.
Same as if you were accused by your neighbor and arrested but the court found no wrongdoing. You would have been arrested (kind of like impeached), but it means nothing unless you are found guilty.

Why are people so against her for taking 4K from that group? She even says they might need to change title 9 to include trans rights. She is strict in her interpretation of the law, she clearly says title 9 doesn’t demand those rights as it is written but is open to changing it in order to be able to state that it is the law as many people were suggesting.

@Patience Isaac No, no, no. Judges are supposed to be blind to everything, but the law; no rich nor poor; no white nor black, just fealty to the law. It is not their job to create justice from the bench. Justice comes from faithfully executing the laws, not rewriting it.
