The BEST vegan chocolate cake (I drop it on the floor) & my birthday!

A glimpse into my little birthday celebration at home with my fam and most importantly a recipe for the BEST chocolate cake that you have ever eaten! So what do you guys say, am I lame for liking to stay home on my birthday??
As long as this vegan chocolate cake is in my presence, I can't complain. It is seriously SO fluffy and moist and I seriously just could eat the icing with a spoon all day long. This is a super easy recipe that you can whip up in no time even when you are in a pinch. It is small so it is even perfect for a small dinner party!
Be sure to watch at least until the part where I drop the cake all over the floor (it doesn't surprise at ME ALL that I did this btw).
