Hello Doc my body and tail of my pancreas was removed going on three years next month . My spleen was also removed. Since then to stay alive I've to eat alot of food and consume a large amount of drinks high in sugar . I this normal? I was diagnosed with stage two pancreatic cancer but refused chemotherapy. The oncologists said it was a rare type of cancer. My concern is the large amount of food and drinks I have to consume. I'm under alot of stress and had been before and after the surgery . Is this contributing to it in a good or bad way ? I've to struggle to see about my daughter and myself as any single mother , while in this condition .
I have a liver condition so it anlarged my spleen abit and destroys some of my platelet count. It's always low now for life. But it's still in a safe level stays the same.
My good friend has tumors all over her Enlarged spleen. She will be getting her spleen with tumors cut out in surgery in about 2 to 3 weeks. Is there another way Dr. I'm telling her to go on an organic vegetable and fruit juice cleanse, liver cleanse. What are your thoughts on a cure for her condition? Thank you.

my spleen is twice its normal size mosy docters refuse to help me becouse i have a bad heart so the pain just gets worse and worse the Docters just dont give a crap how much pain i,m in so i decided to go to a nother hospital and get a nother docter hopefuly this docter will help me rather then tell me no theres nothing we can do like all the other docters here on Whidbey island

@@pranavdevmp2203 do same exame to make sure the cause, and start taking 50mg of elemental zinc suplement, there a multiple study that shows zinc suplement will bring it back to normal size, also if is cause by virus in the liver or from Leishaniasis ,ask your Dr about this treatment: zinc used in the study was 400mg for 14 days together with Amphotericin or Glucantime in IV . The daily zinc dose of 30mg doesnt work, must be the higher dose,it will decrease the proinflamatory cytokines production and will increase new T cells, hemoglobin will increase after 3 weeks of zinc suplement

hello, I came here to share a situation that I’m going through that’s involving the left lower part of my ribs, I have sudden pain here and there just for like a second then goes away and that’s only while moving around constantly bending over , or stretching. I could breathe just find, I can sit down for long periods of time just fine without any pain. I found out a couple weeks ago after having a cat scan done because of pain that my spleen was enlarged and it hurts bad. I go see a surgeon next monday and I'm having bloodwork done tomorrow because they said that they're are many reasons why you're spleen can enlarge and i hope it isn't serious because I'm not having mine removed because it's you're bodies immune system fighter and i hope they're is q medication or something that can treat it without surgery.

@@mixytampa812 Thank you Mixy!! Thank you also for you're kind words and thoughts and my best wishes to you as well. I saw my surgeon this last Monday but he doesn't specialize in spleens anymore so he should take that off his website. He told me that i should see my GI Doctor for that because she's the one along with my. (Pcp) primary care physician that sent me for the cat scans and all and he said he could do the hernia repair which i have two , but those are the least of my concerns right now. But there are i found out alot of things that could cause the spleen to enlarge the surgeon told me that being Anemic ( low iron) could cause it , like you said a fatty liver and I'm not sure of my numbers because i don't actually have the paper from the scan in front of me. Basically there are alot of issues that can cause the spleen to enlarge all the way down to an infection, basically so many things to list even mono and an autoimmune disease that i do have unfortunately. Also unfortunately i have way to many health issues and i had to retire as a nurse that i did for a very long time, but my health problems got to the point were i couldn't work anymore and I'm used to helping people and not being on the other side that really stinks. Nurses make the worse patients that's true. But my neuphrolgost my kidney specialists had run a test and he ran them 6 months apart to check and he went into serum levels the blood levels and i was basically tested for so many things and i did come back positive for an autoimmune disease. He thinks it maybe some type of Lupus because there are different kinds but the scary part is there is only one way to find out what's going on with my kidneys because my numbers he's been studying for years keeps on declining and for my age that's very bad and the only way he said to find out exactly what is going on is to do a kidney biopsy and I'm literally scared to death. I'm a very tough person and a strong person but kidney problems have ran on my mother's side for a very long time. I was born already with a kidney disease and when he did the testing and said i had some kind of autoimmune disorder and i have two daughters and my oldest she has Lupus as well and i also have a connective tissue disorder that is against me. It basically has a long name and you're red blood cells are you're good ones and mine are literally attacking my good cells and other organs he sent me to another specialist for that and they wanted to put me on chemo and i want a different opinion because my immune system is bad enough it attacks my joints and so many things but my kidneys is what they're worried about the most and me as well and i don't want the chemo to destroy my immune system any worse. But i did hear that when the spleen is enlarged that there is an underlying reason why and they said that it wouldn't go away on it's own until they find out what's causing it. But that's just what i was told and many things can cause it and it takes a good Doctor and alot of bloodwork to figure it out unfortunately. it causes digestive issues that's probably were my IBS comes in and i don't know you're medical history or anything and i don't like putting mine out there but I'm trying to help you if it does in anyway possible. After you read this i probably will erase it so everyone doesn't know my business you know but I've never had a problem with my spleen ever before and it kind of shocked me when they came back and told me that. Plus my common bile duct was dilated as well and my gallbladder had been removed about over 10 years ago so i have no idea about that at all. I've gotta make an appointment with my GI Dr and i didn't know that they were tbe ones who dealth either that because that's why my regular Doctor sent me to a surgeon and i also did hear that they don't like taking the spleen out unless necessary because it helps you fight off all the bad stuff in you're system. It's literally you're defense for you're immune system when fighting off infections so they don't like to take it out i heard unless they possibly haft to. But there is some type or underlying reason that is making the spleen to enlarge because otherside people that have been in bad accidents and it has been injured they will take it out but if it's just out of nowhere they need to do more specific bloodwork there are special kinds and also cat scans of course and sometimes if they need to they will do an Mri. But yes i agree it's very painful i can agree with that and i will be so glad when they find out what's going on with me because I'm tired of suffering all the time it's not right and i hope that they give you answers as well and find out what's going on with you as well because nobody should haft to suffer because as the old saying goes. You get sick and tired of being sick and tired for real. I just wanna feel normal again like i used to and I'm sure you do as well. Mention any symptoms to you're Doctor that you have because you never know they could play a key factor in something. It doesnt hurt to mention whatever symptoms you maybe experiencing because you never know if it could be related somehow. Good luck to you my friend and let me know how things are going. He was an addict he ended up killing himself in a car accident back in Feburary this year I guess after that I was placed of meds for my painful depression and there is no thoughts bad good or of stress.I lost 50 pounds and spleen just shrunk liver did too- so we can say me source of the stress is gone now.😥Definitely not the outcome one would want but it is life is a cruel joke at times - so now I have no spleen enlargement only a void in my soul because my son could not beat addiction.

There are no cleanses to get rid of tumors. She needs that surgery, do not hold her back from having better health

Mine hurts really bad
I found out a couple weeks ago after having a cat scan done because of pain that my spleen was enlarged and it hurts bad. I go see a surgeon next monday and I'm having bloodwork done tomorrow because they said that they're are many reasons why you're spleen can enlarge and i hope it isn't serious because I'm not having mine removed because it's you're bodies immune system fighter and i hope they're is q medication or something that can treat it without surgery.
@@angelsbutterflies6293 I just got a ultrasound for pain and fullness and my liver is 17 and my spleen Is 13.5cm I am waiting for my ct scan appointment I do have pain and tenderness and like a weird feeling I cant do my normal yoga stretches It doe hurt bad but yeah I hear it is needed I am looking for answers here too my liver i fatty so there linking them

I saw my surgeon this last Monday but he doesn't specialize in spleens anymore so he should take that off his website. He told me that i should see my GI Doctor for that because she's the one along with my. (Pcp) primary care physician that sent me for the cat scans and all and he said he could do the hernia repair which i have two , but those are the least of my concerns right now. But there are i found out alot of things that could cause the spleen to enlarge the surgeon told me that being Anemic ( low iron) could cause it , like you said a fatty liver and I'm not sure of my numbers because i don't actually have the paper from the scan in front of me. Basically there are alot of issues that can cause the spleen to enlarge all the way down to an infection, basically so many things to list even mono and an autoimmune disease that i do have unfortunately. Also unfortunately i have way to many health issues and i had to retire as a nurse that i did for a very long time, but my health problems got to the point were i couldn't work anymore and I'm used to helping people and not being on the other side that really stinks. Nurses make the worse patients that's true. But my neuphrolgost my kidney specialists had run a test and he ran them 6 months apart to check and he went into serum levels the blood levels and i was basically tested for so many things and i did come back positive for an autoimmune disease. He thinks it maybe some type of Lupus because there are different kinds but the scary part is there is only one way to find out what's going on with my kidneys because my numbers he's been studying for years keeps on declining and for my age that's very bad and the only way he said to find out exactly what is going on is to do a kidney biopsy and I'm literally scared to death. I'm a very tough person and a strong person but kidney problems have ran on my mother's side for a very long time. I was born already with a kidney disease and when he did the testing and said i had some kind of autoimmune disorder and i have two daughters and my oldest she has Lupus as well and i also have a connective tissue disorder that is against me. It basically has a long name and you're red blood cells are you're good ones and mine are literally attacking my good cells and other organs he sent me to another specialist for that and they wanted to put me on chemo and i want a different opinion because my immune system is bad enough it attacks my joints and so many things but my kidneys is what they're worried about the most and me as well and i don't want the chemo to destroy my immune system any worse. But i did hear that when the spleen is enlarged that there is an underlying reason why and they said that it wouldn't go away on it's own until they find out what's causing it. But that's just what i was told and many things can cause it and it takes a good Doctor and alot of bloodwork to figure it out unfortunately. it causes digestive issues that's probably were my IBS comes in and i don't know you're medical history or anything and i don't like putting mine out there but I'm trying to help you if it does in anyway possible. After you read this i probably will erase it so everyone doesn't know my business you know but I've never had a problem with my spleen ever before and it kind of shocked me when they came back and told me that. Plus my common bile duct was dilated as well and my gallbladder had been removed about over 10 years ago so i have no idea about that at all. I've gotta make an appointment with my GI Dr and i didn't know that they were tbe ones who dealth either that because that's why my regular Doctor sent me to a surgeon and i also did hear that they don't like taking the spleen out unless necessary because it helps you fight off all the bad stuff in you're system. It's literally you're defense for you're immune system when fighting off infections so they don't like to take it out i heard unless they possibly haft to. But there is some type or underlying reason that is making the spleen to enlarge because otherside people that have been in bad accidents and it has been injured they will take it out but if it's just out of nowhere they need to do more specific bloodwork there are special kinds and also cat scans of course and sometimes if they need to they will do an Mri. But yes i agree it's very painful i can agree with that and i will be so glad when they find out what's going on with me because I'm tired of suffering all the time it's not right and i hope that they give you answers as well and find out what's going on with you as well because nobody should haft to suffer because as the old saying goes. You get sick and tired of being sick and tired for real. I just wanna feel normal again like i used to and I'm sure you do as well. Mention any symptoms to you're Doctor that you have because you never know they could play a key factor in something. It doesnt hurt to mention whatever symptoms you maybe experiencing because you never know if it could be related somehow. Good luck to you my friend and let me know how things are going. @@mr.disney4740 my son died he was my source of worry and stress. He was an addict he ended up killing himself in a car accident back in Feburary this year I guess after that I was placed of meds for my painful depression and there is no thoughts bad good or of stress.I lost 50 pounds and spleen just shrunk liver did too- so we can say me source of the stress is gone now.😥Definitely not the outcome one would want but it is life is a cruel joke at times - so now I have no spleen enlargement only a void in my soul because my son could not beat addiction.

This my testimony i went on TH-cam this lady was talking about spleen she said all it needs is herbs to clean and dry the spleen so it strink back to its normal size she says the Chinese have the herbs and thats what I did I went to the Chinese herbalist and they put together a lot of herbs and praise THE MOST HIGH GOD it worked for my son his spleen was so enlarge it was almost touching is belly button they were going to operate to remove his spleen but the herbs did a wonderful job i was so happy the doctor now said they don't have to worry about his spleen it strink back to its normal size within months with the herbs taken every day twice per day🙏🙏
