I've solved the NH3 prob...total degrees of freedom are 3A1+A2+4E
Translationa mode= A1+E
Rotational mode=A2+E
Vibrational mode= 2A1+2E
A1 both IR & raman active
E also both IR & RAMAN active

Sir in the csir Xm Dec 2016 the cutoff for Jrf was 52 percent.. If I get the 52 percent Ie 104 out off 200....am I eligible to get fellowship 25000 per month..can more number be required than 104 to get fellowship.. Please inform me
