The H present in boric acid dont maintain the eqv structure when we do a C2(x or y) symmetry operation...thats why C2 is eliminated here in boric acid.

hello sir at 27.15 , what i think is only principle axis decide the C2 axis for example if prnciple axis is Cn then C2 axis is nC2...i.e if principle axis is C4 then C2 is 4C2.. is am right or it is valid for all C2
