For D2 configuration....why the 2 electrons can go in +1 orbital without filling +2....means why should we jump the d orbitals during filling up the electrons

Yes sir bt how L=5
This is due to strong ligand Field
L=5 because (+2+2+1+0) so the symbol is H and due to strong field ligand the value of S is 1. Thus we get the term 3H
why in the example no. 2 i.e 1s2,2s1,3s1 we took 2s and 3s in consideration but not 1s2 ??
