    THANK YOU!! I could not find an understandable definition of mulliken notation anywhere. I thought I had to perform some rotation and then check if certain numbers changed sign in the matrix representation

    sir....for set of px py pz orbitals, mulliken symbol T1u is given. T for triply degenerate and u for ungerade. pls explain 1 for this set. how 1 is used for this??

    How 2C3 operation come...?? Means there is only one c3 axis about which we can rotate the molecule how 2c3 was come in character table.?
