Grabbing a woman and forcing her to kiss you on the mouth is a textbook definition of sexual assault.

I agree some jail time would humble him. But you do realize this “felony” will be dropped to a misdemeanor and he will serve no jail time and get off with a fine and probation. They don’t usually put people in jail for kissing a woman, even if unwanted.
