  • The response of most of the international community to the Ukraine War has illustrated the greatly weakened ability of the US, and the West in general, to shape the policies of states around the world. Global economic architecture is being reorganized as the world diversifies away from excessive reliance on Western technologies, industries, transportation corridors, banks, payment systems, insurance systems, and currencies. A multipolar system is coming back into existence, though its future contours are unclear. Dr. Glenn Diesen is a leading analyst of these global trends. He was joined by Anatol Lieven, director of the Eurasia program at the Quincy Institute and Artin DerSimonian, junior research fellow at the Quincy Institute. They discussed Dr. Diesen's just-published book, The Ukraine War and the Eurasian World Order (Clarity Press 2024).

Anatol is an equivocator because he has to maintain a veneer of credibility with delusional ideologically drunk American "polite" society. His analysis is this always weak and lacking. Glenn doesn't do this. He just tells the truth.

45:35 by including USA-owned apartheid statelets like Estonia and Latvia, EU effectively nullified all "ethical power" as early as back in 2004 (EU does NOT monitor "human rights" within itself, BTW). Most of such "talking points" are just ridiculous and non-sensical, in essence.

With reference to Peter Dale Scott, this discussion about the overworld is remarkable, especially since the facts are obvious and yet certain actors want to remain in a unipolar Make-a-wish-world, which says a lot about the amount of corruption in these political systems

Europe doesn’t have problems with multi polarity, since they are multi polar themselves. Problem is when Russia and many others think that they don’t need to work internationally on the basis of rules they themselves agreed upon with the whole world (UN). And they don’t even announce it officially. Wealth was made through commerce, innovation etc. and countries like Russia or Israel (with support of the western societies) return to land grabbing, as before WW2… We lost the moral high ground by making some severe compromises with states like Russia, Israel, Iran, Saudi Arabia or China.

Serbia, Iraq, Libya, the US led western alliance rode roughshod over international law.
The UN authorised Minsk agreements were a ruse/ploy; signed in bad faith as Hollande, Merkel and Poroshenko themselves openly admitted.
The UN has repeatedly voted to lift the embargo on Cuba.

    American message to the Ukrainians:
"You do all of the dying - we can do all of the winning"
    *
This is all we - Ukrainians need to know about this proxy NATO vs Russia war:
“Being an enemy of America is dangerous, being a friend of America is fatal.” - Henry Kissinger (?)
    *
"Betrayal is the public moral of Ukraine."- Zbigniew Brzezinsky, "The Great Chessboard", 1996.
    *
    >>>I guess it was the 12th or 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. I got a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn’t.
“So as they were walking out to the press conference, I said, nah, we aren’t going to give you the billion dollars. They said you have no authority, you are not the President. I said call him. I’m telling you, you are not getting the billion dollars.
“You are not getting the billion; I am leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you are not getting the money.
“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.>If you put aside the immense human suffering and look at Ukraine’s war through the cold lens of international power politics, a clear picture emerges: the West is having a good war against Russia.
All NATO has to do is send Kyiv munitions, equipment and money, which, as any general knows, is the c h e a p e s t way to wage war.
    (...)
The lives are being given by the Ukrainians. They’re defending their nation but also, inadvertently, helping decide the Cold War.
For 70 years, NATO deterred a Moscow attack westwards. The Russians eventually invaded, last February, what they assumed would be a conquerable target on their south-western border.
The war that NATO long prepared for is finally being fought.

Why is there a consolidation on the Western side? Because there is always a tendency for the world to divide between a relatively good side and a relatively evil side, and there is consolidation on each side. This paradigm is represented by the biblical story of Cain and Abel. In fact, it is the failure to properly resolve the Cain/Abel relationship on the global level that leads to the recreation of this relationship, in order to properly resolve it. If you go back to the story itself, you may remember that Yaweh suggested to Cain that such a resolution was possible, because the advice, if I must paraphrase it, was that "evil is couching at the door. It's desire is for you, but you must master it." Unfortunately, Cain was unable to master it, and ended up murdering his brother. Although this relationship was finally resolved through Jacob and Esau, that was only on the family level, leaving the relationship to be resolved at many other levels as humanity had grown quite larger since the original events surrounding Cain and Able. Thus, we historically see the world divided into Cain and Abel sides, in order for the relationship to be resolved at larger levels. This is a deeper explanation of why we now have a "Western" side, representing Cain, and a new "Abel" contingent represented by Russia and China, and Iran. This happened because the previous set up, with the West being in the Abel position and Russia and China being in the Cain position, did not resolve, mainly because of Western failures. The relationship can fail not only because of the "Cain" side's failure, but also, because of the "Abel" side's failure. This theory is developed and applied to geopolitics in the work, "Exposition of the Divine Principle ('96 English translation), which contains a fully developed theory ascribed to Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon. It was this teaching, poorly summarized and developed above, I am afraid, in fact, just hinted on, that was the cornerstone of the Rev. Moon's ministry. Moon died in 2012. In his lifetime, he was active in trying to resolve global issues, and met with Gorbachev and Kim Il Sung, and there is much video footage documenting those meetings. He, in fact, opened up North Korea based on his meetings with Kim. In spite of the fact that the Rev. Moon championed a "God centered" approach, while Kim developed his own brand of communist ideology, the Rev. Moon is highly regarded in North Korea, and his birthplace is carefully preserved. I recommend a reading of this work, which develops a theory and applies it to geopolitics. It must at least be entertaining to those interested in philosophy and world affairs, but it may also describe the actual state of affairs and the cause of it. It is a fully developed theory, and I might add, appears to be the only theory worthy of that name, as applied to historical reality.

There was never a tendency for the world to divide between a relatively good side and a relatively evil side. There always was a tendency of the ruling class, be it secular or religious, to present itself as being on the side of good (on the side of light, on the side of God), and present it's enemies as being on the side of evil (the side of darkness, the side of Satan). And there always was a tendency of the ruling class to hammer this binary perception into the minds of the population.
