I love your perspective, Shir, however let me tell you one thing, there is no doubt about the Israeli government being insane. Of course it is a matter of perspective, but for me, they are completely out of touch with reality, and by that I mean spiritual reality. In fact the state of Israel has been out of touch with spiritual reality from day 1, actually well before that. Anything that is so immoral is out of touch with reality, and therefore insane. I.e. having an incorrect perception of reality. It is therefore bound to fall. I pray and hope that this is the time, and this is what we are seeing, and there will be no bounce back. Bounce back mean normalizing Genocide.
Don't forget that settler colonialism has been going on for five hundred years. So, we can say that all those projects such as resulted in Australia, New Zealand, U$a & all the colonies in Africa, Asia & South America came from those "out of touch with reality.". This, to give scope to what you say.

I shared this poem as much as I could in social media and my only surviving blog back in the day. I put a white kite as my desktop's background. Then I realized I liked a red kite even more, because, with all my appreciation for Refaat and his brave and loving heart, I fear this can't be solved peacefully.
It will be solved nevertheless. Palestine will be free from the river to the sea, no doubt... very soon.

Is there any particular reason why hezbollah is performing so badly and is there any reason according to Reuters , that they have called for a ceasefire ? IDF seemed to have done more damage to Hezbollah in 3 weeks than to Hamas in whole year ! This is quite shocking !
