Just wanted to say these challenges that are less restrictive and allow you to play more unique games are more interesting to watch, and thank you dearly for the relaxing content that has become part of my sleep ritual
Wonder what would have happened in the second game if you recalled adepts with probes aiming for full-on base trade, cause you already have a base on the other side of the map
@@Keasbeysknight If flying buildings wouldn't count for the not being dead condition that would be nice. But that would make the bong cloud impossible.
11:36 - ..... as a thought.. if you had recalled some probes with the adepts, maybe you could have distance mined to do a wall off on the ramp of his mainbase and just defended your last nexus til you could build cannnons and batteries, at which point he just loses. Maybe anyway. Weird idea and it probably still lose, but in what is essentially a base race scenario like that, it could have helped maybe?
With what you said about fake proxies this video, and considering you're already playing all three races, I kind of want to see a "keep them guessing" run where you play random and only do things like fake proxies and trying to confuse your opponent. The name could be "Mysterious Challenger". Honestly I feel like confusing your opponent is already a big part of a lot of these series.
@@TheDaaabou Depends. If they scout early enough you could use a cheese that starts after the scout. Or so I would think. Honestly I don't even play SC2, I just watch uThermal.

Is it possible to do a bunker rush by leap frogging marines from bunker to bunker forward until you just have 3 or 4 full bunkers inside your opponents base?
Yes, in theory, but in practice the game will be won or lost before you can get to that point. If they hold successfully enough, they'll be able to deny any new forward bunkers, and if not, they will probably lose everything and you can just run in with units.
Boys I hit 74 apm today. Almost beat the AI on very hard mode. Pretty soon i might actually learn how to go and mount an attack. Might be good enough to try bronze league type boys soon.
Have you tried ramp cheese with sentries? You get a warp prism with sentries, use ff on the ramp (up to 4) and you can warp in zealots / stalkers to kill all the workers.
new challenge idea: playing protoss/zerg properly. I would like to see how high you can get trying your hardest with off races. cheese/macro allowed no resprictions
You should play random, and if you get terran, tell your opponent you are zerg, and then bongcloud. When they go to scout you just won't be there at all which would be mega confusing.
I think the game 3 hater didn't think you could possibly have MEANT to hit all those force fields like that. I think he thinks you got lucky with your sentries. Which is obviously false, you got 7k MMR history behind those fingers and joints.

hey thermy - what about a challenge where you build extra nexus(es) [Nexi?] both at every base for extra chrono usage early mid and late game...- and then around the map for possible army movement via recall ?.. Just a stupid thought....... love the channel....

I thought about that, but when you play random, opponents tend to scout earlier, wouldn't that lower the variety of cheeses available?
