Desensitizing yourself to the aggression of others is certainly a key skill for surviving on the streets. It's excellent to have this clear message presented here in such a school-like manner!
This video itself is CRUCIAL information for anyone interested in self defense. You MUST know WHEN to strike, as much as HOW to strike. This channel is the best I've seen yet on TH-cam for self defense. Unreal content, thank you for your lessons.
Ive been to seminars 10-15 years ago with the hit first concept. Its not new. What these guys say is right. And keep up the good work. But best on the planet? Well, havent trained with these guys but with some really great ones so not sure if the statement is real. But Ive travelled the world to train and still do. Now Im Sourheast Asia to train knife work.
always going to repeat my comment 'cause you are always repeating your great content in realistic training ! thx for sharing your wisdom and your great videos
I've been watching your videos for quite a bit. It's really a pitty that you are not near my place in germany. I would surely attend your class. Could you please advise what you are looking at when antizipating the strike of the aggressor? Do you look at the shoulders moving? The hand? both? Really appriciate your content. Thanks a lot.
Please list the kicks necessary for self defense. I assume that spinning heel kicks aren't included. Thank you for all your work because what you do influences lives in a positive way.
Look into spike kicks and stamping kicks to knee, ankle joint, side of leg above ankle. There are self-defence kicks to groin/bowels. These take more time, room, and skill, some or all of which may not be available. And are more pain than damage based. And so may not work against those high on drink, drugs, adrenaline, or who have an abnormal pain tolerance. The toughest guy in the world isn't doing much fighting with a fractured/hyperextended kneecap. Depending on the angle U find yrself in, a stamp to the Achilles tendon with the sole of the show could be possible. if possible, attack the leg. Much safer for yr balance (quicker too).
Great info. I work security where I deal with a lot of shitty people who think they can get away with doing whatever they want. Very helpful information. Greetings from Canada.
Because one's never the aggressor, if we're just having words and they start closing the distance to physically intimidate or whatever, the moment that they step within striking range they're getting rocked with the dial turned all the way up to 11.
The only point I have is, here in Austria (Western Europe) if you are the person who initiates the physical contact, you are at fault. Heck, even in the scenario that for example two guys attacked u first but then u kicked the S..t out of them, again you are at fault and this happened to me personally (in Poland) so how I can manage this? I understand sometimes u need to choose between ur safety and what comes next, but what comes next is dealing with the judicial system and basically, u were not at fault (forgive my English)

So important the part about having "big balls, confidence and good ability in your striking and training, when you want to do and take this step"...

Thank you so much!
Youre right but it doesn't work when you are this big.
What you need to do is train up a smaller, female or both people as you were trained up.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You need to become used to the aggression of another human being - it's Pavolvian (de) conditioning (panic-freeze) - how true!
Sweet
👍
Sounds like a student of Bas Rutten
To me the way he holds his hands in a fence is too martial arty, so looks like he’s intending to strike. Needs to be more like he doesn’t wanna fight.
Ahhh ok. Look at my videos with real camera footage. Please provide me your real life material. And show me how martial arty my fence is.

In my opinion all you can do is say nothing to the police until you have a good layer to advise you.
Better to be judged by 12 then carried by 6.
