Hi, thanks for the helpful tutorials. Just subscribed as well of course :) I have a question, how do get clean vocals during the passages where all the FX in a preset are turned off. I still have some kind of processing on my vocal even when I have turned off every single FX button, also tried to fix it in the presets and emailed support but no replies or solutions so far. I would really love to use my tc helicon voicelive 3 for live gigs but it's really frustrating me that I can't get a clean vocal sound during the passages where I don't want any effects...

I had a bit of an issue, I just got a brand new voicelive 3 extreme but the settings 256 to 490 are missing so I couldn't pull up the preset 400. Do you know why that might be? I double checked the Genre which is set to ALL.

Hey man, your tutorials are the best I've found on youtube, as TC-Helicon's are really terrible in my opinion. I was wondering if you could do me a favour and give me some advice. I bought an Icon Keyboard X as a MIDI trigger for my Voicelive 3 Extreme. Essentially this isn't a working synthesiser, just something for me to send chord information through the modulator. But no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the two pieces of equipment to talk to each other.
I have set both channels to 1 and plugged the trigger in with a pinhole midi cable. But I can't seem to control harmonies with it. Can you please shed some light on this for me?

Hi Calan, Thank you for the kind compliment. I'm sorry though, I have not used the VL3 Extreme in that way before :( I'm not 100% sure you can. I know you can use a midi controller to send basic mid params such as not messages and sys messages but I don't think you can leverage the midi chord information you're sending to control harmonies. I( could be wrong though)
