Same here, Hollywood's rapid decay has made me seriously consider becoming a writer and I don't think that's gonna change soon. At first I used to absolutely admire American content, some works seemed so original and full of passion but ever since the decay started I decided to take refuge in non-american content, however I don't think that's going to last long since American entertainment companies are starting to extend their influence onto profitable foreign entertainment industries... and it's showing more and more as time passes
I like that this video is basically saying that Hollywood has ALWAYS been like this instead of pretending like they used to be good back in the old days. It's ALWAYS been a propaganda machine, that doesn't mean Hollywood can't make good movies, but they have always been politically motivated and they've only gotten worse and people are seeing through them.
That's why I don't always like the musicals my parents (Gen X) love. They like musicals like White Christmas that literally has a song saying "I wish I were back in the army" 😤🤬
Hollywood has _always_ worked hand in hand with Big Brother to make propaganda. Take a movie like Top Gun (1986) for example which is about as jingoistic as it gets- The US govt will lend its support in letting them use helicopters, jets, aircraft carriers etc. But movies like Matt Damon’s “Green Zone” which has an anti-Iraq war message gets _zero_ help from the govt.
The anti-smoking in the 1990's movies as well as the girlboss/female empowerment in the 1990's movies are some of the most blatant and plentiful of any movie propaganda before 2010
With SoundCloud and TH-cam you no longer need an agent or producer to make film or music. What a wonderful time to be alive. Oh course you still need talent and motivation to create which of course is the most important and hardest part of that process.
Barbie is the epitome of not learning their lesson. Instead of thinking "wow, this movie is successful, we should continue making original movies", they think, "wow, this movie is successful, lets franchise it!"
It's not suddenly that the movie is succesfull, that they want to make it a franchise. It was the plan of mattel all along, in fact the ceo was talking about it years ago. That's why Barbie was made in the first place, because it's already an excisting "franchise", with numerous movies. There even plans to make movies with HotWheels, Rock'emSock'em Robots, He-Man and other already existing franchises. Apparantly there is even a plan to make a movie about Uno, the card game.
There's a flip side to this: the higher the budget, the bigger the flop, and more accelerated is the decline of film companies trying to push THE MESSAGE. smaller budget and indie films might actually earn the spotight out of this mess, if they are genuinely inclined in simply telling a good story.
Ill tell u what, everything broadcasted exposing smthng was always planned and exposed too late, deliberately, companies like target and budlight are going under on purpose. Setting up 1wo
Same here. Never realized how much they actually own until I decided to boycott them. Now the only thing I watch about Disney is videos like this one on TH-cam. I won't be satisfied until the entire thing blows up. It'll happen, hope I'm around to see it!
@@kawffeytheinkredible3295 The internet has its negatives, but there are also many positives that I am sure many of you would not be so willing to give up at the drop of a hat. It’s only as bad as it is now because of people craving attention to become a Z-tier celebrity. Take away the celebrity statuses as a whole that Hollywood has cultivated and consider it utterly useless, and things could actually work out for the better in the long run (as nothing will magically be better overnight). If Hollyweird did collapse and celebrities somehow magically lost work, their relevancy would start to dwindle. Yes, it would remain on the internet … but only for a short period of time until they become less and less known as they’re not doing anything that made them relevant in the first place. That recognition won’t just transfer to the internet and remain forever. It _will_ fade. The only reason they have any relevancy online right now is because of their celebrity status … take their coveted status away, they’re no more important than a regular run of the mill “influencer” that is currently famous for their doings online. However … With the celebrity status crumbling, it would also trickle down to those who have the supposed “influencer” status as the two kind of cross anymore in the modern era. Influencers only become popular because they do the most and act extra to be known for the celebrity status. If society no longer has celebrities in the realm of Hollywood, what those influencers clamor for could also potentially fade, as well. There’d be no point for them to be “influencers” - there’d be no Hollywood to scoop them up and prolong their short-lived internet careers. They’d die out just as quickly as they’d gain any traction because society’s mentality towards celebrities as a whole over time (if there was to be a collapse) would cease to be anything worth longing for… Essentially, it could create a much needed domino effect. Wouldn’t be overnight. Wouldn’t be in a couple of years, either, but it could drip down and have an effect on the internet culture as a whole over a period of time. That much is a given with how much they influence things now. Take away their number one means to influence … and it can potentially bring about a better future down the line for everything, including the internet. You gotta’ start thinking bigger.
@kawffeytheinkredible3295 The internet has done a very important function, and that is the ability of grouping several individual minds into a singular consciousness. They³ fear the internet because, unlike their owned propaganda outlets, it cannot be bent to one direction or another; most importantly, _the internet never forgets._
Propaganda-based movies always get a solid 5-star rating on Amazon. Seems like the more obvious that it's propaganda, the more stars it has. I know for a fact that the public doesn't rate these movies with such a high regard, it's obvious someone is doing that. Also shows how weak they are, that they have to do that. Meanwhile, Postal the movie isn't even available to purchase because it makes fun of how absurd the propaganda is.
its the equivalent of writing a comment on a YT video and then immediately giving yourself a like... ya know to get the positive reviews a head start lol
l remember the movie musical Utopia a few years ago with rave 5 star reviews. The whole movie was a famous singer with a band dressed in grey dancing around for hours singing what sounded like the same song. We walked out but the patrons were stuck to the seats because they were told by the google articles that this was an epic. It was woke rubbish getting us into a sheeple mentality.
Wild Robot actually could have been released in the early 2000s. Just a classic style family movie that everyone can enjoy. Beautiful visuals, touching story & scary, evil AI company. All you can ask for.
Another thing to note is that because of the writer's strike, most late night "comedy" shows are suspended, which is another avenue of spreading propaganda.
@Frieza-yg4zpfor sure. The writers have been producing top quality manure for twenty years, bowing to the executives and facilitating the propaganda, now they have forgotten how to create anything new and are demanding more money for a resounding series of failures. Hopefully all of them will go broke and go get those 25 dollar an hour jobs that they seem to think are in every Wendy's in America 😂
Not everything is propaganda. Propaganda means producing information for the purpose of deceiving people. Many TH-cam channels want to expose the truth
The craziest part of the Sinclair group piece is that the news stations represented everything from the left to the right. Don't ask who is pulling the strings, keep attacking each other
As someone who remembers the formulaic Hollywood cesspit of the 1980's, and how this gave way to a plethora of edgy international independent films, I have a strange felling of deja vu. The death of creativity in one arena is an opportunity for others. And in the days when anyone can film a movie on an iphone, and do CGI in their basement, it's never been easier.
I recall with the rise of CGI that "Movies would be more affordable to make than ever!" And yet, a movie now costs $500,000,000 to make when it's 85% CGI.
Well, there's countries factors that seek to lead one astray in order to keep the away from freedom. I think one can realise the true form of freedom when co-tangible with the genuine essence of life, although it may not and should not be the same for everyone. Each of us may cherish different aspects of life, providing variety of the world. However, this mass control seeks to alienate and filter people through the ideals befitting the appliers of it. But still, how will this process conclude? Will it before full 1984 or will it result in an overture? If it's the latter, it would be helpful to try and discard olden atavistic notions as failing to do so will bring back the former status quo.
imagine saying "just like louis b mayor he started at the bottom" immediately followed up by "he was born into a moderately wealthy family and was able to recieve a college education. that is in no way self made?
I didn't think I could hate Hollywood anymore than I already do. But, this video was 33 minutes of reminders that Bob Iger is a villain, Disney is the most greedy corporation in the world, (which is especially annoying since they capitalize heavily on children) and Hollywood actors are hypocritical clowns. The only positive minute was seeing the Ricky Gervais segment. Great video - and I hope Hollywood loses billions more. Maybe some day they'll get their act together.
The thing is, these subtle messages are no longer subtle. In fact, people have become so intune to pick out these messages that they can't hide them anymore.
i think at this point they have the culture so molded that they dont want to make it look hidden or subtle. I think they think that when its obvious then it makes those who stand against it stand out that much more so they can see who exactly those people are.
@@mcuserton well yes ego for sure but I’m referring to more of a 1984/CCP form of control where the dissenters are obvious to them so they can see who they still need to re-educate/punish. It also puts them on display to others to make an example of. I watched a video recently on china’s credit system which punishes much more harshly for “bad things” in the eyes of the CCP but hardly rewards “good things.” They don’t need to see the good little sheep, they wanna see the wolves coming.
@marcuswilliams6367 Agreed that the propaganda is intrinsically molded into our society, but I suspect the reason they’re no longer being subtle is less about identifying dissidents and more about how it serves a similar “religious” reinforcement as calls to prayer or statues to saints in the public square. Nobody is changing their minds on the trains kids issue but you can always further reinforce the belief systems of those already indoctrinated
only if they stop trying to indoctrinate me into extreme feminism. i literally glance at previews for about 5 seconds now and if its the typical "women good man bad" trope then i immediately move on. it filters out like.. 80% of media at this point, its crazy. ive started to just get into foreign films/music which is a DEATH KNELL for hollywood. theyre way too comfortable in assuming that they have some kind of holy grail of artistic creativity. they dont. the US had been an art hub for like.. maybe 60 years. lol. it will end eventually, and with the current nepotist system where only certain political ideologies are allowed to flourish - yeah the end is coming VERY soon if they dont turn it around like.. yesterday.
It's ironic that one of the lessons Bob Iger was taught by his mentor was perfectionism and yet nowadays with Disney, everything is an absolute imperfect mess in terms of almost all of its projects.
😂Ricky's 2020 Oscar's speech was brilliant. He said most things the public have always wanted to say to these out of touch celebrities who always like to pretend they know what the average person is going through.

Am I the only person in the world who knows Gervais has never hosted the Oscars, but has in fact hosted the Golden Globes several times? I was expecting the top comment on this video to correct that, but it didn't. I can't find a single comment that does, and I scrolled for a bit. It's a small factual error, but facts are important.

I was watching a video "10 things you didn't know about John Wick" last night. Something struck me very oddly when I watched the video. One thing was that almost every studio turned down the distribution of the movie, the movie almost went into direct to DVD. During a screening one of the studios walked out. I was thinking to myself that this might be because the movie only cost 20 million dollars in a time where movies regularly cost over 100 to 200 million dollars, and the studios were either embarrassed a good movie could be made for 20 million dollars, or afraid it could, which would jeopardize their jobs and fat paychecks. I thought that they were simply gatekeeping the industry against competition that could created a good product for a lot less. What you say in this video supports my belief.
That’s a really interesting perspective as it’s a pretty popular franchise now. I even saw the 4th in the cinema - mostly same as Rogue One, for Donnie Yen. I was pleasantly surprised. And Rogue One is the best Star Wars thing of them all.
@@hildegardvonbingen9092 Absolutely. Yet the cost of productions have skyrocketed and the quality has fallen in many cases. I cannot see Hollywood surviving with its current business model, big cuts will have to come if they wish to survive.
Honestly, John Wick isn't a good movie. It is just good compared to the crap you get nowadays. I skipped the whole 3rd and 4th movie watching only some scenes. We're so starved off good movies that we hold on to some very generic action movie with a bad story. Even the action scenes are kind of cringe. This question has been plaguing me for years: "Why is Disney making stuff that doesn't make money?". The amount of cognitive dissonance I feel whenever I first catch sight of whatever garbage they're about to release is borderline debilitating. And, I doubt I'm alone in that. I was born in 1987 and the Disney I grew up with is a far cry to what it has become today. If you remember the Eisner days, you'll recall that EVERYTHING they put out not only brought massive returns, but also became part of the collective cultural canon. My family took vacations to the various Disney parks, where every minute detail has been triple-checked by committee - even down to where they place trash cans. The Disney I grew up with didn't make mistakes. Everything they did was guaranteed to hit because anything else would've been detrimental to their ultimate goal: To make as much fucking money as was humanly possible, and then make some more. The formula to achieve that goal is terribly simple: Put out good product, people buy it, repeat. Arguments about morality, economics and/or business ethics notwithstanding, this should be the goal of any organization. And, for a time, Disney bore the standard. Hell, they designed the standard. Which is why I wrestle not only with accepting what they and other media empires have now become - as outlined in this video - but also the fact that they've maintained any modicum of cultural relevance/legitimacy. Not because the methods employed are difficult to comprehend, but because their goal has shifted from one so simple as making lots of money to one that's unclear and seemingly nefarious.
Perhaps you need to ask how much money the man from big goverment is putting in the pockets of the men running places like Disney. To keep pumping out the propaganda even if it is running Disney, the company into the ground. Seperate the men and the company, or rather their bank accounts.
Let me clear up what this video leaves out, them and their friends provide the bread and circus that keeps things running while they continue to concentrate wealth and power in fewer and fewer hands. They're all buying their own propaganda, greedy sociopaths, staunchkly anti-unionist and anti-equality + with fptp-voting and zero campaign financing subsidy they rule the country regardless of what the rest of the population thinks/wants. This is why they're so out of touch, the work hard to legitimize each other and impress on people this is all OK when it's really the same snafu it's been since the birth of the nation.
I read somewhere that Disney was too successful - therefore too expensive to sell, so Iger tanked the company so that Apple could pick it up at a good price!
I always encourage people to read as many books on propaganda and marketing as possible. It's like peeling a layer of bullshit from your eyes. You will change in ways you would never have imagined. Online arguments, ad reads, click bait, engagement farming, you become allergic to all of it. Repulsed even, then you just don't care. Something Disney forgot about 15 years ago. *Update- I didn't realize my mentioning of fucking Studio Ghibli would be so triggering to some of you. Yes, movies have messages. Yes, Princess Mononoke is environmentalist. Yes, Poco Roso is anti-facist (the Italian kind). Graveyard of the Fireflies is one of the most anti-war movies out there. Movies are allowed to have messages, they can dive into political areas, but they can also be done SUBTLEY and without political division. These movies don't beat you over the head with their agenda or call you and -ist or -phobe if you disagree with them. They're stories first and foremost.

Ghibli is hella propagandistic. Miyazaki said about the release of Princess Mononoke something to the effect of "I wanted to make a movie that angered Americans", so you can't even say its just vaguely environmentally conscious. 99% chance if someone is complaining about the message of a movie these days its going to be due to the diverging social moraise between Americans with liberal arts degrees (who make most consumer media) and those without them, which is super frustrating to those who have them (or at least dropped out) because we were taught that everything has a message, whereas in public school you're only ever taught to believe what you're told - so naturally those people probably feel like they're being given commands from their media and not just being offered perspectives. Hope that makes sense anyway.

We're about to see this happen again, the indie movie studios rising, but this time it's not going to be centralized in one geographical area, it's going to be a global phenomenon and crowdfunding is going to play a massive part.
@@kenon6968 I don't think indie movies will feel the need to appease China as much as the bigger corporations do. With big corporations, it's definitely worth to conform to China's censorship machine as there's a lot more money on the table at the scales they operate at with their more profit-first priorities of making movies But with indie movies where it's often times more of a passion project on lower budgets (relative to major studios giant movie budgets), I'm willing to bet that censoring their movie and altering the story they want to tell in the name of China is less appealing
i will never go see a movie disguised as propaganda lol. i will never knowingly give Mattel another dollar. i dont care about lady ghost busters. i dont care about diversified mermaid. a lot of these people in hollywood are rich, white, and spent the first two decades of their lives sheltered and sent to art schools, etc. they literally dont matter. they just flat out dont matter. art is brutal, and competitive regardless of what people think. art history is not going to be nice to hollywood circa 2010-2023, its awful. there is nothing here. vapid excrement that is simply a vehicle for propaganda. im a moderate, so dont get me wrong - i dont like conservatives - but the injection of leftist dogma into virtually EVERY. SINGLE. PIECE. OF. ART. that is allowed to gain any traction is a MASSIVE PROBLEM. the art does not represent society anymore. american society is ugly. hollywood making everything pink and plastic in some delusional attempt to enforce a utopian/dystopian society on every one is going to kill the entire industry, and a bunch of stupid nepo babies are at the helm.
You think Hollywood won't just shift to those themese shill them out rip up the message until it unrecognizable and pump out so many movies that the masses tire of the message ?
media is always the best way to influence the masses. they originally wrote the captain america comics as WW2 propoganda. also they like to drip feed information to the public before things become more mainstream. i remember when C19 got announced and the next day netflix releases a documentary titled "pandemic: how to prevent an outbreak" which would of taken a year or so prior to make. so they must have known something about the pandemic in 2019 lol
The pandemic was announced in January? The first case was identified in December 2019. C19 was declared a pandemic on January 30th, 2020. The Netflix miniseries was released on January 22, 2020.
@@user-vi4xy1jw7e at the time im sure no one knew about the early cases. Its not until it becomes a global pandemic is when they start investigating the earlier ones. My point is at the time most people including myself didnt know about the 2019 cases until it was on the news in 2020.
man there is no drip feeding. i want you to google "men are not bad" and tell me what shows up. there are certain things that you literally cannot find an opinion for on the internet which makes NO SENSE. coupled with that is severe propaganda coming out of hollywood bolstering everything that google tells you is true. it is BAD right now. entire words are being re-defined, LITERALLY. because of "reputable sources" on google. the entire process of actually vetting opinions is gone, and hollywood has so much to do with this. their art is not even good, its not even what people want anymore its simply all that people are allowed to consume without being ostracized by society, or worse. that is so f***ing tragic, honestly. i never thought id see the day when the US just completely fails artistically. i honestly blame hollywood, politicians, and social media..
I don't think predictive programming has any credibility. Some random guy back in the 40s (mid 20th century generally, since I don't quite remember the year) wrote a book about pandemic in the 2020s called coronavirus. He was literally right, but that doesn't mean he was setting things up or was giving people real info he believed in. I mean, think about it, how much of predictive programming is things being influenced by culture (was 2001 predicted, or did they do it that way because they saw the idea in media, like a self-fulfilling prophecy), or things commonly being constantly in culture finally finding something real to root on to (that book I said before, and this documentary you mentioned).
I can't help but be impressed at Iger's rise from the bottom to where he is now. That really is something that could used as an inspirational story, but its terribly sad that he didn't use his success and acquired wealth to actually change the system or promote real virtue. I see his story as a real-life example of selling your soul. I pray for him.
Its not surprising how 6 companies owning everything can lack so much creativity. There's no competition in the market. Even worse, the people working for them are forced to walk in lockstep with their MESSAGE or see the door. Diversity of identity, but a massive lack of diversity of thought.
If all the selfish greedy people in those companies could take away people's individual minds and sense of self and turn them into work drones they definitely would. Our minds are of no use to them, only the bodies are.
Another huge thing taking a chunk out of of the Hollywood propaganda machine is alternative media like TH-cam and Tiktok. Small individual creators can make whatever content they want and find audiences, and while it might not be as big a draw as properly produced shows and movies, it's enough to pull people away for a little while from Hollywood. And we can't forget overseas entertainment. I watch and read more anime and manga than I do anything being made here in the west these days

If modern Hollywood were to completely collapse and all those "celebrities" were out of work, America would start to improve.
No it wouldn’t… the internet still exists.
@@kawffeytheinkredible3295
The internet has its negatives, but there are also many positives that I am sure many of you would not be so willing to give up at the drop of a hat.
However …
With the celebrity status crumbling, it would also trickle down to those who have the supposed “influencer” status as the two kind of cross anymore in the modern era.
They’d die out just as quickly as they’d gain any traction because society’s mentality towards celebrities as a whole over time (if there was to be a collapse) would cease to be anything worth longing for…
Essentially, it could create a much needed domino effect.
Hollywood isn't the reason for why things suck. It's a mere reflection of it. Hollywood goes down? We will still be in a bad position.
@kawffeytheinkredible3295 The internet has done a very important function, and that is the ability of grouping several individual minds into a singular consciousness.

Unfortunately the goverment and media has created that term and villified it by tieing it to crazy people (who lets be honest, are probably being influenced by the CIA to be crazy) and that has killed any chances most of us have at presenting our theories and arguements, cause as soon as you are called that everyone immidiately thinks that "oh you are just one of those flat earthers and lizard people believers".

Same goes for the Simpsons... They always get everything right 😢
I can't help but be impressed at Iger's rise from the bottom to where he is now. That really is something that could used as an inspirational story, but its terribly sad that he didn't use his success and acquired wealth to actually change the system or promote real virtue. I see his story as a real-life example of selling your soul. I pray for him.
Exactly all down the drain now
I'll start praying for him too. I doubt many people do so.
The man is cut from an almost identical cloth of every other media executive. Why would he do anything good?
From a shitty begginning to being a shitty person!
I won't. His petty rivalry with Bob Chapek and various others has shown me who he truly is
Thanks!
Every time you see a fighter jet, a battle ship, and even a bullet, you know the military industrial complex is involved in the making of that movie.
Its not surprising how 6 companies owning everything can lack so much creativity. There's no competition in the market. Even worse, the people working for them are forced to walk in lockstep with their MESSAGE or see the door. Diversity of identity, but a massive lack of diversity of thought.
its just the way the companies want it...what really gets me is why it didnt happen earlier...maybe 20yrs ago...
Japanese media i dont think isn't safe either, it may be a propaganda plot to influence usa as revenge, but idk
I wouldn't call TikTok a good alternative
Yeah, as a middle schooler TikTok has just influenced kids into having low attention spans and having narcisstic views of themselves.
Whatever they want? On TH-cam?
Maybe 7-10 years ago, those times are lomg gone.
Both these platforms have agenda's, just try and fat shame or LBG whatever shame.
the clip with all the news stations reading off the same telepromter was chilling. Like right out of an Orwell book.
Perfect timing after the Barbie movie, lol.
Glad this channel exists, and people with their eyes actually open, in general.
agreed
I mean I know barbie has the usual feminist propaganda in it, but what's that bad in it? From what I've heard it doesn't seem all that different from the mario movie.
@@stab456 Take a step back and listen to yourself - you're implying people should just keep shrugging off "the usual feminist propaganda"? Sounds like a reasonably big deal worth clapping against, anything with "propaganda" in it. A lot of people who watch these predictable cancerous movies, especially younger people, get all this propaganda imprinted on them for life. You may think it's nothing, we'll just shrug it off again, and again, for the millionth time, but all of this has a legitimate effect on a lot of people - and it's a bad one, for both genders.
True
Barbie exposed most women as npcs
Awesome. Just now watched an documentary of how ESG is used by blackrock and Blackstone to corner companies and push their agenda. This one confirm it and details how studios are doing it as well.

This is why I haven't watched TV or hardly any films for at least a decade.
All I watch is stuff on TH-cam and even that is getting less and less.
My advice is get out there and enjoy going for a walk or something, just disconnect yourself from as much media as you can
I thought I was the only one. While not a decade, it has been a good three years since I really invested my time in any movie or TV show.
Really wonderful piece with adroit characterization, analysis and a little hope at the end, thank you!
Your ending statement on independent movies comes shortly after I watched Sound of Freedom and you are 100% correct and it does bring some hope. That was the first western movie I have watched since Endgame.
Bob iger started at the bottom, from a moderately wealthy family rather than a highly wealthy one 😂
You are really starting to catch lighting in a bottle, to borrow a phrase, my friend. This was your most educating and provocative work to date. You are taking journalism to the next level. I believe this is the wild west of modern day journalism and you are at the forefront of that.
Bro thought he was slick with that transition into the Raycon ad
Louis B Mayer on wikipedia: "His parents were Jacob Meir and Sarah Meltzer (both Jewish)"
Bob Iger: "Robert Iger was born to a Jewish family in New York City"

The jews were forced to have a higher in-group bias, and had to fight harder to succeed. As such, their communities passed information for economic success and education around far more deeply and widely than other groups. The constant oppression, even up to the 50s, kept them hungry for success as a people. We should be praising them as a people for making sweeping success, for putting themselves on top, and beating the system. They went even harder than the asians, that's something to praise. But you, all of you, want to bitch and cry, and moan and whine that jews, who clearly fought their their success, are successful. You shame america by hating on our biggest showing that anyone can make it.
Cannot believe my answer got erased. I've just lost 10min of my life due to censorship . Great
@@sofitocyn100What you say? Lol
@@tumultoustortelliniWell we want them to be successful, but not at everyone else's expense
@@sofitocyn100 I feel you. Do come around rnd answer it though, I want your response.
I am glad to see Hollywood starting to feel it in their bank accounts. I hope they are brought back down to earth and no longer have excess funds to mingle in others lives.
Those 2 words “morals aside” explains everything you need to know about the film business 🎥 😢
I've walked away from it. They can choose to make stuff I like that will be vetted before I pay for it. I don't watch anything day 1 anymore, I watch a couple trusted reviewers on it before I expose myself. There are some trusted reviews that I will do the opposite of what they recommend.
Once you realize that the military industrial complex pre-approves almost all Hollywood scripts, watching their movies just makes you nauseous. And then there's the fact that we still don't know which Hollywood stars are in on the Epstein trafficking ring. How can I take their movies seriously when I don't know which ones should be in jail?
Love see you cover the covid pandemic, you are good at digging into dark topics and finding corruption
TH-cam would shut that down so fast 😅
@@Ethic-Ai-Lyeah they would.
Watch Plandemic III
@@mayanboricuaLove how people think the pandemic was planned so "the man" could have more control and change our way of life. Everything is basically back to how it was before the pandemic now.
Can you believe COVID was 3 years ago!?
So inspirational, to start from nothing and become the CEO of a huge corporation... through lying, cheating, misleading, controlling, abusing...yeah, very inspirational
Propaganda stops being effective once the viewer is aware of it.
Excellent as usual! You're seeing the same thing in the gaming industry. The creativity of games in the 2000's was unmatched. Now it's just remakes and politically correct nonsense. Even GTA has gone woke. If you're playing a game that is fun or even a little bit worth your time, chances are it's from a small independent developer
Compare Racing games in the 00s to right now fucking shit man.
Currently, indie games rule the gaming scene. Maybe the movie industry will end up in a similar situation? Indie movies would be good
Crazy how the Odyssey came out 2000 years ago.
We've had an almost zero diet of anything from Hollywood for over 15 years in our household. How nice to know that our neural pathways have largely escaped its sinister influence.
Best video i've seen on youtube in months.
On the point, full of information, no political massage, no pandering, just facts and how they're connected! Brilliant!!
Boycott Hollywood
It's kind of already happening, hence this video!
never thought i’d be agreeing with a kek flag guy but here we are
@@chiball Why would you not agree. Kekistan is the greatest country in the world, all other countries are run by little girls.
I already have been, i moved to piracy for the longest time
This really does a great job of explaining his thesis. It covers all the basis, including the point that social media is a bigger threat to it than they realize, and streaming isn’t the magic ticket Hollywood thinks it will be.
@BamBamSr You from the south? I have this same problem with understanding him & I’ve had it with another TH-camr who has a slight foreign accent. I hear their words, & I know they’re speaking English, but I’m constantly playing catch-up with what they’re saying. Someone asked if I was from the south (I am from Tennessee) & said he has family members who struggle with the same thing. I think he was right in assuming my location was the root of the issue, because we speak much more slowly down this way.
What is the Tesis here?
32:58 Ricky Gervais’ Hollywood roast at the Oscars *NEVER* gets old 😂 I would actually watch these vapid award shows if they had comedians like Ricky hosting!
