People rode the hatewagon when the early reviewers trashed the game. Those reviewers who spread misinformation by making a review without experiencing what the game has to offer.
Alpha Roadblock is the only "weaker" variant Alpha Skywave is the 2nd strongest Suit Everyone is exactly on par or slightly and I mean SLIGHTLY better or worse
I get that, a survival mode would be cool if you could have the full 10 man team or just adding more dino's would definitely spice the runs up a bit more. Levelling suits could use some more unlocks for the alpha variants but I am hoping with the beta suit release they might also add a new suit to the tank or support line.

Been having loads of fun with this, the replay ability with the different suits is far higher than I'd given it credit for initially.

Do I even want to know why the roller derby suit has a giant fidget spinner welded to it?
There are a number of modules that can be added to the suits, the spinner is a stunning blade that can be thrown.

My kid loves this game, it is fun but my hand eye coordination is a bit shit, so I lose a lot

Use the base version of her AoE pull n heal whenever it's needed and watch
You'll be outscoring barrages
