I like healers more anyway because I like supporting and healing allies in games or shielding with Roadblock even, rather than just damage, so having more damage and different abilities is even better! I was hoping Witchdoctor would get more of a healing beam since I like more direct healing like with beams in Overwatch for example.

A few things you didn't mention / mentioned wrong. Barrage alpha can charge his rockets and shooting a charged rocket shot gives you a rocket jump. Witchdoctor alpha healing/damage beam has to generate 3 levels of charge before doing the most damage / healing. It goes from 17 dmg per tick to 28 to 35. Skywave alpha cannot be considered a healer because she has 1 small heal per 12 seconds. She's a crowd control support. Alpha deadeye new linear thrust module is not the same as the base deadeye. It makes enemies and dinos slam into walls for more damage similar to zephyr shoulder charge. Base deadeye makes it so the initial close range direct hit does more damage.
i know you were praising their damage but it actually felt like an active dps nerf when i compare them to their normal counterparts for most variants, what i did was just a comparison of defaults with no modules tho.
Thanks for this! Not mentioned is that you can charge aBarage’s rocket to be 250 rather than 125. aWitchdoctor’s beam doesn’t do less damage if they are slowed. It does more damage the longer it fires.
@@SlimeDaddy Oh this is without mods. It mentions it in the tooltip. It also says it increases the blast radius and charged shots can harm Barrage, but can make him jump higher as well.
@@KrsJinYeah, even without seeing anything, in the original stuff I saw it all mentioned his new variant was ALL about charging rockets for bigger and more damaging explosions and to jump
@@SlimeDaddy the DPS is variable. Distance can change the damage. If you're too far or shooting at small dinos, the spread will only hit partially. And since you only have a few shots, you spent most of the game reloading. Even reload dodge can't seem to keep up with DPS needed.
@@SlimeDaddy I totally agree. I read Skywave alpha varient. And I was like omg thats so cool. Then in game its meh. I wish her lightning would heal allies. If I tap they get a little health. I fully charge it they get almost full health. Something like that, it could be an module
The modules really make the alpha variants i cover them at 9:46
btw if your here early the HD in proccessing lol

Variant Healers are the new DPS Class LMAO
Absolutely!! 😂😂

He does get a mod where the beam at full charge gives Allie’s an attack buff so hopefully you enjoy that
@@SlimeDaddy witchdoctor? More like Goddoctor… homeboy is a whole 5 man unit LMAO

Thank you ! This will be very helpful to others as they watch the video

That’s a really good Idea!

thank you for the clarification this helps so much! quick question is the rocket charging because of a module or is it just in his kit?

That’s so awesome 🤩
Oh so the beam is like Coldheart. Good to know.

Wait, Alpha Skywave’s standard fire doesn’t heal teammates like regular Skywave’s? Oof… I guess that’s the trade for the bigger damage… :(
Riiiiiight?? Like someone else in the comments said they don’t need healing if your enemy’s are dead 😂
Making chapter markers for each exosuit would help navigate the video.
Otherwise thanks for starting disucssion and showcasing this
Thanks for the advice I’ll look that up! Your welcome I was happy to do it
Witch docters beam does more damage the longer you hold it, which is why you were melting the bot at one point and doing ok damage the next
Thanks for that advice I was very confused the first day lol
Vigilante Alpha probably has it the worst since she loses direct killing power for flexability. Its really hard to put down larger dinos as a result.
I’m working on a side by side test I’d be glad to have your thoughts once I post it
Nice, loving the content keep up the good work!
Thank you bro, will do!
Alpha Krieger seems like the worst one. The shotgun just doesnt seem as good as the minigun in like any siutation
There’s a lot of waiting too with the shotgun. God forbid you miss

Take a shot everytime he says same.
Yikesssss is it a lot? Lol
@@SlimeDaddy 😂😂. Just joking. I just felt a bit disapointed from what I read, compared to what I am seeing in game.
Yea I felt that I thought they’d all get different t abilities but the modules switch things up

@egrolol6620 right it could’ve been so much better instead of a terrible trade off
