Our second trip took us back to the north of Kenya, far away from any civilization, where the SAMBURU live, one of the last warrior tribes in Africa.

Poverty is relative. As long as indigenous people inhabit their land freely and independently of governments, all is well. The Samburu do have access to schooling, although this is partly hampered by their remoteness. The fact that many people do not take advantage of this offer to attend at least elementary school is due to their lifestyle. But there is more and more education, also here the time does not stand still and we look optimistically into the future.
