That book changed my life. One of my favorite things it taught me was that he doesn’t need to gain control of himself, he needs to go of control of you.

My favorite quote was "his anger is not what makes him abusive, his abusiveness is why his angry" ❤❤❤ this helped me so much, cause I experienced domestic abuse in the home and everyone kept telling me he has anger 💢 issues. This didn't make sense cause the abuser was never angry towards other men or those he felt have a physical advantage over him. By the way another thing I wish was addressed is sometimes domestic violence or abuse isn't always by a husband or boyfriend, in my case it was a male sibling who was doing this to me and my mother.... it started with my mom then me (I moved out fortunely) but now his doing it to his daughter 😢😢😢

Such a good book and his insight is so onpoint that it makes me sad and angry that there aren’t more people talking about out the facts that he points out in his books. 😢 why do women have to continue to suffer from misogyny in this cracked society. It makes no sense. Not only do they inherently believe that women are beneath them they also promote and support the media and society that encourages it.

I read this book in 2009 when I was getting a divorce. I’ve given it away multiple times to friends. And need to read it again.
Thank you for the video. I hope you’re okay.

Yea, and no matter how badly a woman behaves, a man has no right to shout or punch her.
Hmmmm, doesn't that look like a typical relationships?
Does that mean that most women are manipulative and abusive?
    Think about that

No, it means that most men are abusive. They’ll mistreat her regardless of her behavior.
