Im trying to have higher confidence (up to 13 pull ups in a row) but my dopamine and serotonin receptors are fucked from drugs. Two+ months no coke ans 7 + weeks no Xanax. Its been tough brother wish me luck, still feel like hell

You're in the toughest part of the marathon. It'll always be work to maintain it, but it gets a little easier and a little more rewarding each day ❤

Be kind to yourself. Be graceful with yourself. If you experience hiccups, turn the page quick and get back to doing the right thing. It’s cliche, but you do have to be your best friend. Do not berate yourself *unless you really effed up and you need a good kick in the butt, if you respond to that* Good luck, my man.

Hey there man, great quality in your vid. I just want to speak “briefly” from the perspective of a girl.
His advice when he talked about confidence being built from the external and the internal was pretty insightful because it applies to many things beyond the dating scene. Try not to be like the guy in the example who was very hard to talk to. You may not think that being shy is a problem, but it is important to know when to speak or assert yourself in the situation. Nevertheless, it doesn’t me a quiet person is not confident but its important to be able to adapt to the situation.
Secondly, confidence comes from allowing what is within to be expressed out loud. This can be done through clothing that expresses yourself or being more open to new people. But like, it also takes a lot of self reflection and learning from your mistakes to find out who you are. Before you can be blindly confident, you also need a foundation of sorts that can build you up when you’re scared to do something :)
YES! Reflect on limiting beliefs, try to get away from them. But like, if you’re a teenager like me who’s not the most social person, be kind to yourself (but still remember to take a shower, if you don’t think you stink, you do)
    NOTES!!!!!
Keep ur word = builds conviction/more trust with yourself
Aggressive mindset, don’t be afraid to be ambitious
Realistic expections, you might not be Usaine Bolt but you can still be good
Stacking proof = do the work first
Be there for yourself before you can be there for others. (Keep ur word pt.2)
“To be a confident man, know who you are, know where you are going and enjoy where you are going/have fun” - diary of a CEO guy.
ALSO ALSO, his idea of facing metal barriers and doing little things that are challenging for yourself. YES!! Work at something, try to set goals so you have something to look forward to. I have a lot of trouble sticking to stuff but recently I became valedictorian which really proved to myself that i can achieve the things that I want. That’s always an amazing start.
Also for the guys. There’s plenty of dating advice out there, but I can add my two cents. Confidence, glamor and looks only gets you the first date, or a response in the dms. Stay calm firstly, and you’re already halfway there. I’m not an expert, especially as I’m not someone who particularly has time for dating but im sure Bene Ri here helped you out a lot more than I did ;)
    Auf Wiedersehen!

It took me until my late 20s to learn a lot of this for myself. You are wise beyond your years.
