I have lost my girlfriend almost 2 months ago... I only wish I would found this channel earlier... because I did all the mistakes you are talking about in your videos. Guys listen to him, he really knows what he is talking about. You can have better relationship and be happier. :) For me it is too late to save anything.

I’m stuck in a weird headspace. I feel as though my boundaries were broken down over time. I would often get yelled at by my girlfriend and it only made my fear of confrontation even worse. Personal attacks on my character and times where I shared insecurities would be thrown back in my face when trying to explain how her actions were making me feel. I don’t know if I was being overly nice and creating dissent in my girlfriend or if she was just an angry person in general. She was always very quick to anger in small situations which made me very uncomfortable in public. Was I wrong for being too sensitive with her when setting boundaries? I would say how something would make me feel and things would just spiral into her saying I don’t want to be with her and I would eventually cave on my own boundaries.

After 7 years of relationship and learning from my mistakes (still learning) this video is amazing and more men especially young men need to hear this. Love is not a passive thing but an action, you have to take action everyday to make your partner feel special ( this goes for both sides) there might be challenging times in relationship and that’s when you sit down and have those challenging conversations to understand each other better and give the support necessary.

i constantly lie to my girlfriend.. it's a habit i built from my childhood that i've been trying desperately to break. she doesn't trust me anymore and fuck tbh i wouldn't either. i've been watching videos like this for a while now. were long distance since being together every almost waking second for 5 months in college. i still struggle to do the things im supposed to. but her lack of trust in me has built a bit of resentment inside of myself. i lied to her for months on end ab a lot of different things. past people in my life and current things i was doing. i would just lie about it. she's the most important person in the world to me. this morning she told me that she doesn't think i'll ever be as special to her as she is to me bc of how much i've lied and how i make her feel. were in such a weird situation. we are supposed to have a long conversation tonight about everything that's been going on. things have gotten real bad before, but our relationship is being tested really hard right now. a lot of things have been said out of anger on both sides. and i just wish things were a bit different rn. i'm trying my best to keep a level head. iloveher to death. i've fixed so many things. but i lied again on monday. it was the first lie in ab 2 months. and it was ab me staying up all night to play a game with one of my friends. but none the less. still a senseless lie. i just don't know how to tell her all of how i feel really. about what ive done and how bad it genuinely makes me feel and how sorry i really am. and how bad i want to fix things and how hard i really am trying. but everyday this week and it's thursday now. something has happened where she doesn't believe a word im saying. i hope our talk goes well tonight. like this comment plz so i can update tomorrow.

I stopped watching videos like Casey Zanders. Realized they were hurting my relationship and finding insecurities that would make me overthink. Red pill is dangerous. Me and my girlfriend have been dating for 6 years. All signs of a healthy relationship. It's not perfect obviously there's moments when we fight and have down moments.
