Try any other cereal of your choice & ear instantly ( puffed rice, cornflakes, puffed brown rice) or use Aval

Yes it is ok! You could soak & take it to work place & eat it, just before starts work! ( after 1- 2 hours of soaking) I do it normally, could add a teaspoon flaxseed also.
