The most down to earth human being I've ever had the pleasure of watching! I just watched the birth vlog, and it was the most beautiful and raw experience to watch! 36 weeks pregnant with my third baby, my first son was full term and an all natural unmedicated birth, my second born born at 27 weeks and emergency C-section! I am so blessed to be 36 weeks now and aiming for a full term birth! Your birth Vlog will be the last I watch, it has really impacted me and I want it to be the one I reference back to in my head during my birth !

What a gorgeous story and how amazing is your husband! So great that he was asking all those questions. I thought I had to do what the medical staff told us and didn’t realise we had a choice. My daughter ended up being stillborn at 40 + 4 because my concerns were ignored and I went along with what I thought I had to. I always think back and wished we had challenged them and things would have been different.
Imogen u and Spencer were so brave and amazing and I know u will make great parents . Your baby is soo cute . I remember when I had my son I was telling all the midwives I’m going to have ten more children because u definitely forget the pain straight after and you feel such happiness when u see your baby for the first time.

Such a beautiful story time. You were just made to be a mum Imogen. I remember shouting to my midwife “I can’t do it I can’t I’m not strong enough” she said “Look at me, you can do this and you are doing it right now!” And I somehow found the strength. Also wanted to say, it’s true for so many women that you feel the rush of love everyone talks about right after giving birth but for some women birth can be traumatic or you can be in total shock after so it is also very normal to not feel that. I got a rush of love but I just remember being in absolute shock and the true love came the day after he was born when I was sitting looking at him sleeping in the crib beside me. And for other parents it can take longer. I just wanted to say that in case any new parents or parents to be didn’t/ don’t experience what everyone else seems to. I love what Imogen said about us women bringing babies into the world. We truly are amazing no matter how we brought them into the world!🤍

My midwife told me I wasn't in active labour... I was checked 10 minutes later and was 8cm! My labour ended in a emergency c section under a general anaesthetic and I didn't get to see my little girl for a whole 16 hours. I missed out on so much, including any skin to skin. I feel it greatly impacted my mental health and I blame my horrific labour for the worst post natal depression. I watch so many labour stories with a hint of jealousy, wishing that things could have been different. My little girl was an IVF baby and we don't know if I'll ever get the chance to have a "normal" labour.

Loved watching this, I'm having my second boy in February next year and my first labour made me decide not to have anymore babies which broke my heart but I was positive I could never go through labour again. Then! I'm suprised with another baby... 😅 Thank u Imogen for being positive this is the only birth video I'll watch to keep me as positive as I can be ❤️ you told the story so well! This made me so emotional 😢 I felt the exact same with my princess who's nearly two! You never forget that feeling of holding your world for the first time! If I could relive that day forever I would. I can't wait to do it again someday. And ladies I'm just saying if I can give birth on just gas and air and I was born with a heart condition, you sure as hell can x

It’s so nice to see you thank you for sharing your story I have 2 kids one girl who is now 21 and a boy 18 and both mine wasn’t that happy feeling unfortunately after my last one I couldn’t have anymore due to all the trouble with the doctors that now I have ptsd I had post natal depression after both mine which now is heartbreaking when I look back now but they are fantastic pole and I love them so much I can’t wait for the house tour and you look beautiful I’m so glad you are sharing your story every mum has a story about their labour 💜💜
You both did amazing she has the best parents ever ❤. I wish I could have my kids with me but unfortunately things went different for me. I had my first child at 18 I had depression before my first child. I had another child that died when she was 7 weeks old in 2008 and I had my 3rd child in 2010 but got taken off me when she was 1day and a half old due to hospital lying and stuff and social lying we had to go to court so my son and daughter could live with me but unfortunately I went down hill with my depression and could no longer take care of them so they live with my mum I see them twice a week for about 2 and a half hours it was four hours but I started working. Sorry to write this on your such beautiful positive video but I just wanted you to know even though my kids live with my mum I know I'm lucky I see my kids and they are my world. You make me so happy I love you and Spencer so much I'm glad I found you on TH-cam. You and Spencer are the most loving care humans on TH-cam. Your family's are so lucky to have yours and your baby girl is so lucky to have you both as parents. Please feel free to remove my comment if it is not what you want on here. Sat here feeding my baby girl her bottle balling with you 😭 I unfortunately didn’t get that magical moment (ended in a c-section) feel like I gave up because I was exhausted and in so much pain but she was having complications and I was crying just begging them to take me for a section because I just want her here and know that she is safe! I do think well what if I just had an epidural and carried on but I feel like I would of ended up in an emergency section regardless so made the best decision for my baby, thank you for reminding me that I did do everything I could for her and that I should be proud of myself 💜 you’re amazing and the best mummy! I had my first baby girl at 19, she was 7 yesterday. I remember the midwife told me I couldn't do it with no pain relief, and when I did, not even a paracetamol she said 'im so sorry to judge you' but the judging didn't stop there, I was forever judged because I wasn't married only engaged. I was a young mum, etc. But noone picked up on the fact I was 19 and had a mortgage with my fiance, I had a good job as does my now husband. Having our baby girl wasn't in our plan but it was our future and it was the best thing that happened to us. We are now married, I'm 26 with my baby girl who is now 7, a 3 yo son and a 2 yo son and I love it. I gave birth to my son's at home so quickly the midwives didn't get there 🤣🤣 but no matter how our babies arrive, as long as it's safely, who cares. We all enter the world somehow! Xxxx

I gave birth the same week as you did, my god that jab for the placenta! You are so right, more painful than labour, over 5 weeks later I still have a lump there from it now! Congratulations!
My son was nearly born in a Labour ward toilet cubicle as I thought I needed to go 😂🙈 x luckily a women in the next cubicle must've known it wasnt that and got the midwife! Thank you for sharing such a relatable story of Labour and delivery x so glad you and baby girl are safe and well x
I had my daughter by c section because she was breeched, was so scary and I only remember bits of it, I was shaking out pretty out of it and remember saying there's my baby when they shown her to me.. I didn't hold her straight away I was freaking out :( they said it was best way for her to come out.. have really bad back problems to this day but so worth it and would do it again!!! She's now 2!! Best thing that's ever happened to me ❤

If I could relive that day forever I would. I can't wait to do it again someday. It’s so nice to see you thank you for sharing your story I have 2 kids one girl who is now 21 and a boy 18 and both mine wasn’t that happy feeling unfortunately after my last one I couldn’t have anymore due to all the trouble with the doctors that now I have ptsd I had post natal depression after both mine which now is heartbreaking when I look back now but they are fantastic pole and I love them so much

You both did amazing she has the best parents ever ❤. I wish I could have my kids with me but unfortunately things went different for me. I had my first child at 18 I had depression before my first child. I had another child that died when she was 7 weeks old in 2008 and I had my 3rd child in 2010 but got taken off me when she was 1day and a half old due to hospital lying and stuff and social lying we had to go to court so my son and daughter could live with me but unfortunately I went down hill with my depression and could no longer take care of them so they live with my mum I see them twice a week for about 2 and a half hours it was four hours but I started working. Sorry to write this on your such beautiful positive video but I just wanted you to know even though my kids live with my mum I know I'm lucky I see my kids and they are my world. You make me so happy I love you and Spencer so much I'm glad I found you on TH-cam. You and Spencer are the most loving care humans on TH-cam. Your family's are so lucky to have yours and your baby girl is so lucky to have you both as parents. Please feel free to remove my comment if it is not what you want on here. Sat here feeding my baby girl her bottle balling with you 😭 I unfortunately didn’t get that magical moment (ended in a c-section) feel like I gave up because I was exhausted and in so much pain but she was having complications and I was crying just begging them to take me for a section because I just want her here and know that she is safe! I do think well what if I just had an epidural and carried on but I feel like I would of ended up in an emergency section regardless so made the best decision for my baby, thank you for reminding me that I did do everything I could for her and that I should be proud of myself 💜 you’re amazing and the best mummy! I had my first baby girl at 19, she was 7 yesterday. I remember the midwife told me I couldn't do it with no pain relief, and when I did, not even a paracetamol she said 'im so sorry to judge you' but the judging didn't stop there, I was forever judged because I wasn't married only engaged. I was a young mum, etc. But noone picked up on the fact I was 19 and had a mortgage with my fiance, I had a good job as does my now husband. Having our baby girl wasn't in our plan but it was our future and it was the best thing that happened to us. We are now married, I'm 26 with my baby girl who is now 7, a 3 yo son and a 2 yo son and I love it. I gave birth to my son's at home so quickly the midwives didn't get there 🤣🤣 but no matter how our babies arrive, as long as it's safely, who cares. We all enter the world somehow! Xxxx

My son was nearly born in a Labour ward toilet cubicle as I thought I needed to go 😂🙈 x luckily a women in the next cubicle must've known it wasnt that and got the midwife! Thank you for sharing such a relatable story of Labour and delivery x so glad you and baby girl are safe and well x

I had my daughter by c section because she was breeched, was so scary and I only remember bits of it, I was shaking out pretty out of it and remember saying there's my baby when they shown her to me.. I didn't hold her straight away I was freaking out :( they said it was best way for her to come out.. have really bad back problems to this day but so worth it and would do it again!!! She's now 2!! Best thing that's ever happened to me ❤
