- This week we visit a special place.....a small beachside village just over the border on the Tweed Coast, New South Wales. ...KINGSCLIFF ❤️
Kingscliff is a sleepy surfing and fishing village which caters well to tourists. Located in The Tweed, Kingscliff is part of one of Australia’s most picturesque coastlines. The beaches are amazing!

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Australia and sharing everything our beautiful country has to offer!
We invite you to follow us as we make regular trips and share our experiences with you.

I grew up in Kingy....it has the best beach....loved growing up there....where Salt Village is it used to be sand mining area.....
How lucky are you?!!! What a wonderful place to grow up, it’s one of our very favourite beaches)…..we love walking from Salt Village along the beach into the township 🤗
@@BethandPaultravel we moved there in 1966 when I was 7.....I got out before all the development now in Grafton...my last visit back was in early 2021....hoping to get back soon

The beach looks truly pristine! I am amazed by the lake with the casurina trees where the family was having a swim. Your videos become better- and better-edited. Totally enjoyed watching them.

Hi Beth & Paul. 👋 Thank you guys for all your lovely videos. We are a family of 4 (UK), husband wife and two young daughters. We are currently in the process of moving to Australia sunny coast. We settle down every Friday night as a family and watch your vlogs and especially during the pandemic when we just feel like we are getting nowhere with the move.. you have both kept our sprits high and remind us why we are moving to the other side of the world. Hi Scott, it makes us really happy knowing you and your family are enjoying our videos from the UK 🤗The Sunshine Coast is beautiful and somewhere we hope to move back to one day 🤗We love the UK (Beth's father was Scottish) and we have visited a few times. But....we think you guys will love the weather in Queensland (especially in Winter when it's 21/22c)! Our children were young when we moved from Victoria to Queensland and they both had a wonderful school experience and made true friends for life! We're sure your girls will love it and settle in well too! Queenslanders are a friendly bunch...you'll feel at home in no time! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Thanks Lyn 🤗We have to admit, the UK has 'the best' fish suppers! We often talk about how we have had the best fish and chips ever in the UK! We wonder if it's because the seawater is so much colder over there (?) Anyway, we're really glad you're enjoying our videos and look forward to them.
