Spot on sir! I currently use Tri-mix injections. Bypassed the pill options. I also use a V E D daily. The injections when done correctly are minimally uncomfortable. The first self injection took some mental preparation but I was able to complete the task. Very glad I did. I had a lot of mental baggage to overcome and I was able to do that. Local support groups are a good resource. I am blessed to have a top flight ED doctor DR Run Wang ( not a typo it is his real name). He and his staff got me back to sexual functionality.

I'm going on 4 year's post robotic surgery. Very little natural luck.

I have stage IV metatastic prostate cancer and have not had prostate surgery. My treatment is with Lupon and Zytega, which has
arrested the cancer spread and put it into remission, but I have little interest in intercourse and can't get an erection, but I am still
interested in women, especially one particular woman, I'm 74 by the way, so is there some supplement I can take that won't
    interfere with my cancer medications>

No nerves (removed as part of the surgery ) and no erecting… I am disgusted and disappointed at the result….

Every case is different. The man, the cancer, the Dr., support/follow-up - to name some majors...Myself & 2 cousins 59 - 70 have all had different experiences and continue to...so many variables. None of us are anywhere near pre-op functionality. >2 - 5 years out. I'm civilian, they're military retired.
