how to remoave extra space of callouts? i mean that 5-10px filling outwards of borders

I believe you're referring to the drop shadow maybe? With the callout selected, on the right you'll see "Quick Styles" in the panel. Beneath that (depending on resolution you may have to scroll down in the right panel) should be Tool Properties. Turn the shadow off by unchecking the directional check mark. @@techsmith thanks for the help, i already found another way around it by changing opacity to 0% and reducing the size of the callout manually, btw i didn't know you can modify default properties of tools

How do I add borders to the text

One way to do it is in the Visual Effects tab, select "Border" then add it to your callout where your text is. IMPORTANT: It'll be a border on the entire box around the text, so you have to go into the Properties panel and check the box that says "Use Alpha." That should do it for you!

I have ABC as a example for my text, how do I change that??

Right on the canvas where it says "ABC" you should be able to double-click on the letters to change them. Some fonts require you to click very specifically ON the letters, so accuracy helps.

Okay…how in the heck do you rotate a callout? All of the basic callouts are aimed the wrong way for me. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Why is this so difficult to do in this application and I can do it in 3 seconds in any other application on my iPad or cellphone?
