It's all about the calories, you don't need protein or whey to lose fat. Just eat in a caloric deficit and you'll lose fat.

If you want to focus on fat loss, eat whole foods with protein. Those are the best sources of protein. For this product, I'd totally use in moderation since it contains sucralose.
Its potential negative impacts on gut health and blood sugar regulation may even hinder weight loss efforts.
