Our nation needs men like you Ryan to teach young men how to be men. You represent the best of our nation and give our youngest generation hope for a future.
Some say it takes a village. I say it starts with a person's attitude and desire. Studies have shown that practice of something for 90 days or better and it will become a habit. Teach the young men to have good work ethic. Not just ur kids and ur families kids. Teach every single younger person then u tht shows a little bit of drive. Some country's have mandatory military service after reaching 18 yrs of age. Now if only the United States was to adopt the very 1st apprentice program. 1dozen different start off trades you can do. On job training. Pay every week for hrs on job. Be a 1 year mandatory deal.
My grandfather has always been that person for me :) my parents both worked long hours when I was really young so my grandparents basically raised me my grandfather has grown to be my best friend and my father figure I love him more than anything and he’s always been supportive of me and taught me things and overall has always been there for me he’s the best I could ever ask for
I was thinking the same thing. I really enjoyed being able to still watch videos all years long as compared to them being so scarce last winter. Keep up the great work Ryan, we all appreciate it
We truly need more people like Ryan, hard working providing man that doesn’t mind lending a hand to others to learn . He truly is putting that hard working mentality on anyone that watches the videos
Man, Eric just had me dying the entire time. Ryan, you are such a great guy to invest in others as you constantly are. You truly are an inspiration to me. Looking forward to a very successful and "easy!" concrete season!
Im a butcher but I can't wait for your first pour of the season. I love your videos and everything you do and stand for! Thank you for always inspiring me!
Love your videos,im a refractories foreman and your videos help pass time inbetween shutdowns🤘 btw darrel would not last a day on our jobsite glad you got rid of him you were loosing money with him
Morning Ryan...on the crown vic...remove the positive cable from the battery and put a test light between the cable and the battery Then start pulling fuses first and when the light goes out you've found the circuit that has the draw...good starting point..EASY MONEY!!!
Im in the exact same situation as Eric (ironically my name is Eric too) that awkward, anxious not really knowing exactly what to do in every situation but trying your hardest to learn and follow. Im just so happy we have people like Ryan showing the new guys the ropes with no judgment
nothing but love and respect for you ryan. i have slowly turned into you in the mornings at work. same time same place every single time. your a legend and a huge roll model man. keep it up !
It makes me very happy to see you spend quality time with Eric, Ryan. It reminds me of a good friend of mine, Richard. Had no business working for a Moving Company based off my education. But I prefer to work with my hands and learn how to use equipment to put all types of stuff together or take apart. He's just as serious and probably gets more upset than you Ryan. He mentioned that I showed potential and now I've proven myself to be better than him. Although I see him as my superior mentor. Over 5 years and I still can't accept that I've become just as good as Richard. Thanks Rich and thanks Ryan for showing Eric the ropes!
Bro the part where the chickens are running after he said how many chicken patty’s they go threw a day … 😂😂😂 funniest moment of my day thank you!! I needed that keep up the good content
Your friendship with Eric reminds me of the relationship between me and my dad. I'm always learning how to do things with tools and different applications. I learned yesterday how to remove and install a motorcycle chain.
You two dealing with that wall Too funny. Wow, be starting up pretty soon.. Your right it goes fast.. The crew starting to fall in Looks and sounds pretty solid Stay safe all of yous Love your videos Nothing but the best to all of yous and yours!!
Ryano you big dog super star of the internet… love to watch how it’s done in big old US of A … you got the biggest smile on the internet.. making that easy money in here Busselton Western Australia…
Been pouring concrete down in Dallas for drain culverts and some bridges. I am excited to watch you pour again Ryan! You’re the reason why I got a job working with concrete and I love it!
" Then people will think we're dumb " lol imagine rolling around with your headache rack backwards the whole season. It shows you how much company image means to Ryan which is always a good thing!
Yeah the accessory batteries are made to drain real low but the motor or car type battery does not take being real low and if you do not keep it charged up it will FU ! Got to keep using them every week or two or put a trickle charger on them or disconnect them and bring them in the warm house or shop .
just a thought but you got a lot of things laying around that could help pay for your land--crown vic--boat or 2--just want to see ya succeed. have a great season my friend
Great to see you giving Eric the confidence he needs to drive and use the machine. Also I saw him do the cross of prayer that he didn't become a "destroyer" want to be.....
Started watching your videos in January and you seem like the nicest boss in the world, and best of luck with the new season and hope you keep doing great things. I'm sure the out buildings will look awesome when that adventure starts. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪☘️
yes Eric needs confidence and with you continually pushing him to try new things and learn from it is good. You are a very good employer love watching you
I’ve been watching a while and I know Ray but I had never seen this vid of his first day. What’s really cool is that he told Ryan that he’s always going to be early and watching more current episodes he’s proven to be a man of his word! Very cool Ray!
You have a great crew this season. I really like how supportive you are to Eric with starting his own channel. I think this is important, and for us (viewers) we get to see some of the things you have to edit out (to keep content short and relevant and I feel like Eric’s channel is a bonus channel that fills in the gaps. We see another prospective which is awesome! Keep up the good work. Sending good vibes your way this season.
God I love watching these videos, usually after I get done with my night shift. I get to relax and watch someone else work for a bit. Keep up the Easy Money!!!
Hi Ryan, love the content. I own a landscape company and found myself using my truck to jump my other trucks and equipment with dead batteries. Found a CAT battery jumper and air compressor from Costco that I keep in my truck now that works great. Will start just about anything and can inflate tires on job sites now if needed. I also have used the Noco boost packs and they work great too. Got 15-20 jumps on one charge.
On the crown vic, have the alternator checked, if a diode is bad, it will still charge, but also allow a back draw when it’s not running, just a thought.
Eric rolling up the wall was his first hurdle of the season and he didn't spill a drop! Today's lesson is that you need to know that batteries are like wive in that to keep them charged you cannot ignore them. Have your mechanic add small trickle chargers and AC plugs to each seasonal vehicle. Then at the end of a season just plug them in to keep them charged. This is especially important for winter storage. Here's hoping you have a very "pour" concrete season!
The guy cleaning the floor, as long as he is happy, every time he gets to the end of the store he will be satisfied and just start again. He looks like he is taking pride in what he does, the floor was shining clean.
Ya, the fact Eric almost smacked him in the face with those fork extensions and Ryan didn't even say anything. Shows some chemistry idk about good.. lol
"Right now the headache rack is actually turned around backwards. I really don't want to keep it on backwards because people will think we're dumb!" LOL!! So funny! 🤣🤣
Hi Ryan, It was a challenge waiting for your new post to come on as I was trying to fill a void lol. Any why don't you get some pallet racking for your workshop get all tools etc off the floor. It's great to see you and the team having fun while working, we need more guys like you Ryan out there to teach our young guys morals and principles. Great work
Hello Ryan. I stumbled onto your channel a few weeks ago and have been hooked since. You remind me so much of myself the way you are always busy doing something and take excellant pride in anything you do. I can also see the love you have for your family as well. You are also just like me with your employees too. I go out of my way every day for my employees and it's usually me that gets taken advantage of or used, but I still feel like treating people well and going the extra mile is the better way to be. Ill quit rambling now and let u get back to making great videos. Keep up the good work and God Bless. P.S. I live in Tennessee and it is HOT here. Don't know what the weather is like there but be careful in the heat.
i love the videos, ryan. As a concrete worker, its nice to see other good people out there doing right by their fellow man. Super pumped to see your subscriber count increase steadily also!! Best of luck to the season ahead!
2:10 Hey Ryan GOOD FOR YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beef, butter, bacon and eggs ! ZERO carbs!!! You will feel great and your will drop weight like crazy! Cheers !
Ryan. You are more correct than you know when you mentioned how fast the years go by as you get older. At 73 years old it seems like my birthday is always right around the corner. Hopefully you have a great concrete season as waiting for that first job to show up on your channel.
Our nation needs men like you Ryan to teach young men how to be men. You represent the best of our nation and give our youngest generation hope for a future.
Problem is we need about 50m of them and we might have 5m in the entire country. Most are degenerates or feminized beyond repair.
as young male in America i approve of this! We need less debates in gender and more of this !! 💪🏼
100% agree as an 18 year old male

Always nice how Mike greets everyone with a nice handshake and a smile.
Nice to see the solid crew you’ve got lined up for the 2023 season!
Lol Eric’s hand signals are epic
Eric should be directing aircraft on the tarmacs with his hand signals. Aircraft carrier material. Ha Ha Ha.
I think I’ve enjoyed these shop videos as much if not more than the concrete pouring videos. Keep up the good work!
I was thinking the same thing. I really enjoyed being able to still watch videos all years long as compared to them being so scarce last winter. Keep up the great work Ryan, we all appreciate it

The " last guy"... He only dropped the salter twice when he was taking it off 🤣🤣🤣
Im in the exact same situation as Eric (ironically my name is Eric too) that awkward, anxious not really knowing exactly what to do in every situation but trying your hardest to learn and follow. Im just so happy we have people like Ryan showing the new guys the ropes with no judgment

Great video as always, I think it's awesome that you and your employees are so close. I can't wait for 2023 victory season!
Your friendship with Eric reminds me of the relationship between me and my dad. I'm always learning how to do things with tools and different applications. I learned yesterday how to remove and install a motorcycle chain.
Me and my dad is incorrect. My dad and I. That’s proper English. Just saying. Have a good day. I’m not trying to be rude.
Can't wait for the new season. God bless to you all.

I think that Erick actually knows alot and can outrun the best, only if he is asked the favour to try to stop pleasing. He is so likeable ❤
Great to see you giving Eric the confidence he needs to drive and use the machine. Also I saw him do the cross of prayer that he didn't become a "destroyer" want to be.....
When Eric was just sitting there in the truck it seemed as if there was something he wanted to ask you
Started watching your videos in January and you seem like the nicest boss in the world, and best of luck with the new season and hope you keep doing great things. I'm sure the out buildings will look awesome when that adventure starts. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪☘️

4K UHD love this resolution. great video today.
For the power draw on the vic you should have nate see if he can find a power cut off switch, so when it's not in use the draw is completely cut off.
I could find the actual power draw fairly easy if he puts me on the job
Your two chemistry is insane, you can tell you care about Eric
Ya, the fact Eric almost smacked him in the face with those fork extensions and Ryan didn't even say anything. Shows some chemistry idk about good.. lol

That's right Eric, can not do worse when that time Darryl Sr. removed the salter from the truck. 😂 I can't believe you let that one slide Ryan.😂
“Last guy dropped it twice and I let it slide” that got me…ahhh the destroyer
Miss C thanks for sharing!! you rock!!
Putting anti-seize on the hitch works wonders…especially where you have salt on the roads in the winter.
