Ray was like, “hey at least it wasn’t me!”
Ray: "Yeah, I'm not gonna get that". Classic!
I respect Eric for owning up for his mistake but in all honesty better that he said something instead of not saying anything and having you find out later. Much respect for you and the entire crew. Keep up the great work Ryan hope to meet you and the crew one of these days
Seems like Eric wanted to cry man, but Ryan taking it like a boss
I would of drug tested his but and made him pay for the repair
Erick felt so bad but I love how Ryan did an eye for an eye at the end and put a scratch down his truck😂
That fr took me out I didn’t expect it😂
I feel like that’s kinda disrespectful, obviously Eric did NOT mean to, Ryan didn’t need to do that. And Eric would of done anything to fix it.
@@justingood1443 Eric is going to throw out the back of his truck. - Because it’s all rusted out. So there was no real damage done
@@justingood1443 did you just look by the fact that the beds literally rotted out scrap 😂
@@gregshearer423 it’s the thought that counts lol
I think of Eric as a grandma would. He is such a really nice young man. Please, everyone, be kind to him. He was genuinely heartbroken when he did that to Ryan's truck. You can see he looks up to Ryan like an uncle and appreciates all Ryan does for him. He's grateful that Ryan is giving him the confidence to start his own business. Please be nice folks.
Thank you Ryan for showing grace! When he scratched the truck. I realize he knows you well but it’s great when we see Jesus in you!
Ryan ,
The property purchase and your future plans are excellent, keep up your good work and taking care of your employees and customers the rest will fall into place . Keep working!
Poor Eric. I could feel his pain when he told you. I had the same situation happen to me but way waaaay worse. 13k in damages, long story but I said the same thing to my boss about I'll need a new job. At the end of the day it's just a truck and Ryan you handled it perfectly. I'd be upset too but no use crying over spilt milk. Eric keep your head up my man everybody makes mistakes. Sending love from ontario Canada! Looking forward to watching all the adventures this season has to being for you guys.
He ain't got no payn he just knows how to act
Eric definitely not going want to put the Skid-Steer on the truck 😅
