I wish like Big H that we had videos of Shake and Dana during 1978 - 1982 (or so) during their performances in Houston. They rocked the night scene there, at Fitzgerald's and Rockefeller's. They were magnificent together, and the fans were... well... fanatic. GREAT times!
I have always enjoyed watching and listening to shake Russell and Dana cooper where ever they chose to play in Houston Texas. Rockafellas in the heights was my favorite too.

What's the name of this song? What a great, bouncing, Zydeco tune. But, I can't quite make out the lyrics in the chorus. It sounds like they're singing something like Katy and angel. But, I did a song search using those lyrics, and I came up with nothing. I think my ears are playing tricks on me. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I first heard Shake in 1979 or 1980 in Houston TX... then not again until he played at a Coffee House set in Wimberley TX around 1999...
