For Teshin, he went full power on crushing not only his helmet but also his head, you can hear metal and bones break from that crush.
Only thing saving Teshin now is plot armor.

I think her helmet absorbed most of the energy. It didn’t look like Teshin’s helmet was crushed at all, more like his claws just went through it and straight into Teshin’s brain. RIP Uncle Teshin
I want you to think about this, putting into account what the void Does, It Takes and Reconstructs/replaces/Corrupts all who is exposed to it.
I bet when the Void Portal opened in the new war, pulling the lotus and Tenno into, it pulled Teshin in as well, allowing him to live once more but Brain damaged somewhat.

I mean we’re already immortal. Think about it. We spent countless years stuck in the zaramin before we were found by margoulis. Then never aged a day throught the entirety of the old war and however long the orokin tests were before that and lived throughout the lua cryo sleep. Plus whenever we actually die our body simply returns to the void reforms and drops us off. While it’s not entirely confirmed we are immortal it’s very very likely we are.

Yeah… but an odd thing is that I think it’s just an alternate timeline Teshin just like the Drifter…. So current Teshin still very much unconfirmed to be living still :^(

Now that Duviri is out, turns out Teshin _did_ survive. Probably got sucked into the Void portal when Ballas made his move, which is how he ended up in Duviri.
If you also noticed varsia was still moving and breathing afterwards where space dad went completely limp. Also his helmet caved much more where varsia’s simply shattered.
Teshin is in the Duviri right now, we will be getting him back after that quest.
Nobody thinks that Erra wouldn't just leave Teshin laying around in a random alley of the murex.
Of course Erra decided to throw Teshin into the void.
He did survive... he is thrown in the void and the void brings those back just look at the people in the Zarimon they are a little twisted though but you end up fixing them by restoring hope
And in the duviri paradox he comes back but loses his memory
You can see that Erra just broke she his helmet, but when he crush Teshin, you can hear bones, and see that the fingers go into the head.
Honestly i think they will bring teshin back like khal

I love how the warframe community is renowned for not letting spoilers out, and letting people experience the story for the first time honestly. Then theres this guy.

That is not our Teshin, it's a Teshin of another timeline and even the scientists didn't find a way to take someone from a timeline and pull them into another timeline.

He did survive Dax are built different They threw his body to the void and he ended up in Duviri where he met the Drifter, He did suffer some serious head damage which makes it impossible for him to use the swords which he gave to the drifter. You know the one inside duviri is our teshin because he has 3 of the starter frames that the drifter tried to transference into which is odd since the three starter warframes only existed after the prime blueprints were lost and he sells them in conclave........ Although survive might not be the correct term, he might have turned similar to the denizens of zariman which are alive but were dead.

I honestly hope he survived, I always preferred teshin to the lotus. Having him as a mission director is my favorite part of steel path

Because he, on the other hand, had a wider hat, meaning Erra had to put more force on the grip, that then after breaking it, translated into velocity on the fingers towards his skull, different from Varzia, Erra's fingers crushed and pierced his brain
I didn't even realise that it was a killing blow until I went to a relay and saw the hologram
We have to remember that Warframe's universe operates on a different set of rules then ours and most other games as well, I can't remember the term they used for it but they basically have a Schrodinger's Cat situation going on when it comes to certain things happening within a given set of parameters. When crap hit the fan at the beginning of the New War quest I like to believe it also merged two timelines together in certain way that allowed the Drifter to exist along side the Operator. That being said since Teshin might end up making an appearance in Duviri, which could mean a similar set of events could happen that lead to certain characters getting a duplicate during that Quests story.
Also she survived cause Erra just squeezed her helmet while it looks like he impales Teshin from the top of his helmet. It's what I like to believe at least since it makes the most sense to me.

That's a different teshin, that's what makes me think he did die, since they're kind of "replacing" our teshin with the other

@@Jodariel. Teshin of Duviri knows about existence and nature of Tenno. And he appeared in Duviri long after the Drifter, but before impalement of Drifter with Paracesis and landing of Lotus's hand. As far as we know, Wallie destroyed every other form of us besides Tenno and Drifter, so as far as there are no other Tenno, there should not be other Teshin.
It's probably a case of 'not making the same mistake twice', I'm unsure how many Dax soldier's skulls he's crushed before Varzia, so I'm assuming she's the first one he was able to do so.
Knowing he wasn't able to kill her on his first try, he definitely made sure he succeeded on the second try.

Erra didn’t fully crush her helmet. With Teshin, he literally squeezed until he crushed Teshin’s entire skull.
Erra was sadistic and played with his food with Varzia until Lotus asked to let her go. He chose to kill Teshin. He also put much more force in his head because of the leverage effect
I thought this same thing I’ve done the quest 8times in counting to see how it went down or if he was sucked in to the void with mother lotus and our operator

If you watched most recent devstream you see Teshin is still alive, it could be that it is Teshin from a different timeline, but I don’t see how he would somehow end up in Duviri. If anything you’d expect him and the rest of the Orokin to have been killed by the sentients.
The Teshin in Duviri is, in fact, from a different timeline. Our Drifter clearly states that the Operator from the timeline where got saved from the Zariman and the Drifter is from the one where he didnt. Afterwards the Drifter "fell" into duviri, boom, Teshin from another timeline. The Operators' Teshin, however, is dead. Just hear them bones crack. The teshin in his room in the relay is probably some type of ghost/void projection, some jedi type shi
