This truly does capture the pacing of warframe. You suck for the first 10 minutes, but then you learn the magic of using more buttons than space, crouch, W, and E.
I was that way with frost. Got excali to 30 (not hard) got frost in a trade (don't remember how) and played with him so long people were taking notice and were like "wtf dude do you use any other frame?" even though I had him maxed with forma. Nothing ever felt as cool and comfortable as him.
First time Stalker appeared, I died before I had time to process what was happening. Yesterday I fought him again while doing solo Orokin Vaults in deimos, and I completely lost my fear when I realized how much damage I dealt to him.
For me, i'm just following people the whole fucking time because i can't kill shit before my kill is taken and i barely even ever know what the current objective is before it changes
I saw this video by pure chance, it motivated me to start warframe when I had never heard of it, and I am today on my 200th day of connection and spend my best time on this game
And even more exciting when you get your first prime. I am now waiting for titania prime to build itself. Got to wait for her Neuroptics for 24 hours and her for 48 hours.
@@widebroadcast6812 In a similar note, the first long term investment frame I ever worked hard to farm, (instead of buying with plat), back when she was new was the regular version of Titania. Back then Nitain was only available from alerts, so between that and doing the quest stuff for her, (which I wouldn't be surprised if they've adjusted over the years), meant it took me a few weeks of playing to grind out everything for her. To this day while I don't use her as much, and I've upgraded to the prime version, she's still probably my favorite frame overall, and I keep her in display on my orbiter. While I do spend money on frames at times, (time to farm is harder to come by so I have to pick my battles), there's still nothing more satisfying than working hard to get one properly. it builds a connection you don't get otherwise.
I learned in a big hurry to move over to the recall console and start to button mash X. I'm almost always able to drag at least 1 of them back down to me. XD
Even me as a veteran I swear like 3 excaliburs pressed the elevator without me They go up They proceed to die because they were all on low health Atleas they triggered the poison barrels for me

Something I like to do as I spend more time on Warframe is going back to these videos and seeing if I can identify all the frames/weapons/cosmetics being used. Nerdy? Sure. But it's another excuse to enjoy these animations.
First of all, amazing animation. Second of all, that is EXACTLY what first waking up is like. Especially for me, since I've never played a game that goes that fast besides Sonic.

I think the idea is that day 100 Stalker coming into their Dojo is a joke though tbh. Stalker is not a joke when he shows up at level 30 and your only like MR3 and don't have any good stuff cause one of your teammates has a dozen marks.

Skill-up's review put it best. There comes a time when playing Warframe and suddenly it clicks. Where you successfully Bullet Jump 4 times your height, glide across the room, shoot 2 grineer while gliding, then slam into two more with a melee ground pound, then eviscerate three more with Excalibur's 1 all in one perfect flow. syandana is purely cosmetic now, few months ago they moved arcane (changing stats artifacts) from cosmetic items to warframe and Zaws. There is no point in investing in syandana unless you need fashionframe. Till March 2018 there was a reason to use it because you could attach stat-changing arcane to it.
There's a book about an old sea captain named Ernest Shackleton. The title of the book is "Endurance". Long story short, he and his crew are shipwrecked in the Antarctic, and they all survived to make it back to civilization (this is a true story). "We All Lift Together" gives me the feeling of inspiration I'd like to have in that type of "I shouldn't be alive" survival scenario.
I love how accurate this actually is, even to this day! Still new to the game but so far experienced a lot of the same thing as in the early part of this video. Seeing other Warframes with cool skins and weapons crush all the hard opponents for my weak ass frame felt good and thankful lool

Pre-Second War he was quite powerful, but with War and more armaments, he could wipe floor with you. Nowadays he posses almost no threat.

And like Neo in the Matrix, you look up and go "...I know kung fu".

syandana is purely cosmetic now, few months ago they moved arcane (changing stats artifacts) from cosmetic items to warframe and Zaws. There is no point in investing in syandana unless you need fashionframe. Till March 2018 there was a reason to use it because you could attach stat-changing arcane to it.

Well I mean there is a point-and-click sci-fi horror game called "the white chamber". It was drawn and animated by the same guy, Paul "Otaking" Johnson. The game is about 60-70 minutes at a nice leisurely exploration pace, and about 10-12 if you already know exactly what to do and are trying to speedrun.
