Poets of the Fall is from Helsinki Finland. This is the title song from their second album, from 2006. They have 8 studio albums if I remember correctly. I like their song "Lift" the most. Which is propably because I don't listen to them much :D I'm glad you liked it!

In my opinion, this is the best music video ever. Already the scene before the second verse where the camera dives into her eyes and we see the spiral rollercoaster (?) and then zoom out and her eyes are spinning makes this better than _the overwhelming majority_ of music videos.
That is so fun to watch like absolutely every time people don't expect much of it and then the chorus hits 😅 but you should definitely listen to their other songs cause they don't have bad songs. 😁

My favorite song is ”my dark disquiet”. And if you not heard the band ”In This Moment” you need to hear them, I love the song ”Big bad Wolf”.
POTF has a small connection with Nightwish, so to me this band has always been like side tunnel. While going down Nightwish rabbit hole.
