Poets of the Fall is one of those bands who sound even better live than on record... They actually have a full show from Moscow 2013 on their youtube channel. I recommend checking it out.
It depends. Some live performances are better, some aren't as good. I guess it's mostly because they can't mix the sounds as well mid concert.
I was so happy that they came to a place close to me, so i could finally see them live.
I recommend “War”, “My Dark disquiet”, “Where we draw the line” and “the sweet escape” also by Poets of the Fall.
Fabulous video, fabulous voice, it gets better as you listen.
Really good live as well.
The vocalist of Five Finger Death Punch has simular qualities to his voice, but more raw.
My favorite band of all time. Not a fan of their newer stuff, but, definitely better than most other songs out there. They're the only band (or anyone, really) that I've ever bought merch from.
Did you get it what song is wanna tell you? poets of the fall songs have such great lyrics and meaning. It is just mindblowing
"False Kings" is my other fav Poets song, but I don't know nearly all their songs.
Did you notice the spirals and mirrors everywhere? In her mask, her eyes reflect spirals. I think the message or the video is that we are offered with illusions and tricks, and we have hard time seeing the reality from it. She has a gas mask too, even though no-one else has. In the end she turns back to see, as if she realized what's going on.

Poets of the Fall have loads of great songs, including My Dark Disquiet from one of their most recent releases. They also have an alter-ego band called The Old Gods of Asgard (featuring in Remedy Entertainment video games) the latest in date is Take Control from the game Control. There is no video, which is too bad, but the song is a blast. You should check it out too :)
IL certainly do that. There one of my favourite bands now, I have their albums on shuffle in the car daily

Love me some Poets. This video was directed by Stobe Harju. I love the surrealistic beauty he brings to his work. He also did Nightwish's Islander and directed the cutscenes for Remedy's Alan Wake and Quantum Break.
