50-56 Outlook Dr 6/4/2024 2:45 am Working Fire
The First arriving Crews Reported Heavy Fire Third floor Unit 52 and Was Moving in The Attic
Fast in Both directions. Also There Were Two People Trapped on The C Side Rescued By Ladder within The First 2 minutes. Crews Worked to Extinguish The Fire and Keep it from Spreading To Any Other Homes. No One Was Seriously Injured And Crews Returned to service.

Holy Cow Diz, you guys have SOME fires in Worcester...are you sure you don't have a Hannibal Lecter of Fires up there, the City of Raleigh has like twice the population and we don't have 4 structure fires in a month! Lol
Not To Sure, But Most fires Here Start small and Spread Fast Because of the old Wood and Materials In The Buildings. Or Food On The stove, Something left on a Heater, Electrical Fires and Much More. Stay Safe Jon. Dizzy.

Sprawling multi-story woodframe residential building with no sprinklers -- both a recipe for disaster and a timebomb. Structures like this without sprinklers should be condemned.
It sure Is Hard To fight These Kind Of Fires. Very Sad They Don't Have Sprinklers, and The Roof's are all together with wood fire walls. Not Very safe for The Folks Who Live there Or The Firefighters. Thank You Thomas. Stay Safe Dizzy.
Lightweight wood construction + lack of sprinklers + inadequate cockloft firestopping = firetrap. Why local zoning allows these conditions in multiple dwellings is beyond my understanding.
I was thinking the same thing - makes it hard for fire fighters to get a blaze under control when the buildings don’t have precautions that would help to prevent the spread. Would it be possible for the city halls to demand that the construction companies install proper fire retardant seals and sprinkler systems? Well done and thanks to the guys that put in such a shift on this monster.

looks like they had a problem getting water to the ladder pipe . but i'm not a pro .
No problem with That, It Was The Third Ladder they hooked up and Water was fine. Just Took a Minute Brother. Be Safe Dizzy.
Why the hell would anyone operate a master stream while guys are inside and under the area your hitting. Did you notice the ceiling collapse just after the guys move at 2:15. Chief realized and shut pipe down but it never should have happened. More proof on requiring masonry fire walls to separate Bldg into small sub-units to prevent this type of loss.
They Were Trying To Stop the spread of Fire to The Other units, And They Were Called Out. and Streams Returned to flowing. They Do A Great Job And We Are Very Proud. Be Safe Dizzy.
